Loved my sessions with Elise who was really informative and approachable. Besides the massage I learnt how to care for myself at home to prevent future issues. Loved it.

Highly recommend for mom's like me who struggle with clogged milk ducts, I was skeptical to go to clinic after I have been confusing diagnosis from GP and hospital. After had enough with pain and stressed out I found this clinic and decided to try and after my initial consultation things started to improve and mainly I am happy to get diagnosed properly and get proper treatment plus very supportive staff.

This place is a life saver. I have two bouts of mastitis/block ducts in the last few months. I am able to call up the same day and get an appointment. It has really helped clear out the blockages and relief my symptoms. It’s an all round comfortable experience. Sarah is who I have seen for my two most recent appointments and she is lovely! Any time I get a blocked duct in the future it is my first point of call. Well worth the 1 hour drive to get there!

Elise was amazing at helping ease my ankle and knee pain. I had been dealing with knee pain for two years and had seen multiple specialists, before I tried osteopathy. Elise really listened to my symptoms and helped solve the problem! I'm so happy to be able to get back to pain-free exercise!

I saw Dr Sarah Lenarcic for inflammation and clogged ducts caused by feeding bub, and her treatment (ultrasound and massage) and manner was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have seen Katy over the last 12 years for various issues and without exception I have found relief from treatment. Being given excercises to use at home are also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Boroondara Osteopathy.

I visited the clinic at 3 weeks post-partum, suffering from mastitis (as a new mum this was very difficult physically and emotionally). The team were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and taught me techniques I still use to this day to prevent blocked ducts. They saved my breastfeeding journey, and for that I’m forever grateful:)

Cannot recommend the Melbourne Mastitis Clinic highly enough. Treatment from Jaynika and Celeste helped resolve a very painful blocked duct that was refusing to shift with the usual methods at home. In all likelihood, they probably saved me from having mastitis for which I am truly grateful! Appointments were freely available and the clinic was easy to get to with decent parking.

Wonderful service, always feel welcome when you arrive for treatment. The Doctors' knowledge and insight into body movement and posture not only help them treat on the day but prescribe exercises and strategies to help alleviate aches and strains.
