Fantastic & honest mower shop. They really help when needed and does not over charge. I wish there were more honest mower shop like this!
Purchased a lawn sweeper, product is excellent, only problem with assembly was the tie bar holes which were out of position
The service from the shop was truly five star, emails were answered very quickly and all queries dealt with immediately.product arrived quicker than expected.

I can only laugh when I think of the service I received from this guy. Took my crappy mower in to have a broken blade blade replaced and was told to come back in a week for pickup. I returned 9 days later to be told he didn't do anything to it - it wasn't worth spending any money on. I asked why he didn't call me 9 days ago so I could get onto it and after arguing with me for two minutes about how many days are in between the 20th and 29th we finally came to an agreement that it had been 9 days. I said I really had wished he had called me and he said HE DOESN'T CALL PEOPLE.
I went to Mower Power on Ferntree Gully Rd and received some of the best help I have had so I bought a $900 mower from them.
The products may be good here but the service is a disgrace. I don't think the competition needs to review this place badly, as everywhere else I have been has been worlds ahead of this guy.
