Excellent service. Easy booking and ample car parks. I was taken in on time. Dr. Mihiri is a great listener and explained to me my situation clearly. Treatments are working. I am very happy with my GP. Thanks for the wonderful service.

It's been a while since I visited a GP and main reason was that it's usually a game of get there and wait a long time last your appointment to visit the doctor.
First time visiting this location and have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by the level of organisation and cleanliness of the facility.
Had a 10am appointment and was in right on time.
GP I saw was very professional and thorough and managed to attend to two issues I had and still let me out in 10mins!

I will definitely be back here and will be referring my friends and family.

Dr. Asma was brilliant! Very informative. Dr. Parghi and Dr. Wong are great doctors too. Reception staff are very friendly and professional. Being open on Saturday's and bulk billing are a bonus!

The clinic use be great the receptionist. Spoke to you nice and welcoming.but yesterday the receptionist was rude and wouldn’t make my son a appointment.because he had not been to the doctors for two years.his 16 year old boy who don’t get sick.
I said well I still need a appointment as his really sick.and she just was so rude.this place has really gone down hill.not helping give a child a appointment because they have not seen a doctor in two year.what a joke

WOW have been waiting here for 45 mins, (and it's not the first time either) will never go back there.

Came in for an appointment. Was seated.
Asked to put a mask on, so I provided an exemption.
Then I was asked if I was vaccinated. Also provided my exemption.
So the doctor discriminated against me and said they wouldn’t treat me. EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED BOTH EXEMPTIONS
(I ended up in emergency at maroondah hospital 1 hour later)

This has now happened 3 times at this clinic. They discriminate against people who are unvaccinated. Whether or not you have an exemption.

Had a tele health appointment booked for 1: 30pm. Waited an hour and still no call, called the clinic and they said I would get a call in the next hour. Called again and receptionist still said there was a wait. Called a final time at 5: 30pm and it redirected me and said the clinic is closed. It would be fine if they actually let me know they were too busy to take appointments. Pretty disappointing.

The wait is always long and the doctor can't seem to get there act together. They are good at making excuses. Their staff attitudes is really bad especially the practice manager. The medial staff and doctors are both inept.

Note that the clinic doesn't take in any new patients.
One thing the clinic (if not the clinic, then is the GP/doctor) needs improve is to be punctual especially on telehealth appointment. Telehealth calls were always a few hours later than it was originally scheduled even though the clinic looked quiet.

One of the young GP here is pretty knowledgeable and his room is quite organised.

The place used to be really organised, I've now had 4 appointments that had to be rescheduled, due to receptions lack of communication, the 5th appointment I had booked for was a telehealth and hadn't even been put into the system. Sadly I just don't think their organised enough, with too many patients. I have seen Dr Chandrika for years. Great Dr, but not timely at all. I will be going elsewhere, which is a shame as I'd been going to them for years. The receptionist had a big turnover of staff last few years, which hasn't helped.

Had my pfizer shots here. The nurse who gave the vaccine was awesome, however the GP who did the initial assessment, closed her door, pulled down her mask off her mouth to talk to me 4 inches from my face, took her mask off to cough into her hand, and did not wash her hands after coughing and used her computer. It was a very unnerving and unprofessional experience.

Booked in for a COVID vaccine and was called the day before and advised they'd run out. Scheduled again for 2 weeks later. Got a call the next day asking where I was. 2 weeks later I attended the appointment and waited for 40 minutes before being told they'd run out again. I went a third time and got the vaccine, and they booked for the second shot appointment for me 20 days later. I attended that appt and they said I needed to wait 21 days and to come back in 24 hours (even though they booked the appt for me). I called the next morning to confirm it was all going ahead and they said yes. I again waited 45 minutes to be seen and when I did they advised I had to wait 12 weeks minimum between vaccines. It was the same doctor every single time that was making the books and giving shots too. Absolutely ridiculous.

I got my Covid Vaccine here by Nurse Lily, and I didn't feel a thing, honestly best experience with getting a vaccine I've had!

To start with the receptionists I spoke to were very lovely and I dont blame them.

Tl;dr: It took 2 days to get a med cert I needed.

I called on Tuesday to organise a doctors certificate for missing work and was told I would recieve a call at 3pm that day. I didn't recieve a call until almost 5pm, which I missed and couldn't call back as the office was closed.

I called in the morning today (Wednesday) to find out what happened and was told I could recieve a call at 3: 20pm. An hour after the appointment time I called back and was told that the doctor left her phone appointment to the end of the day and I would recieve a call before closing. When I didn't recieve a call before close I called back to hear talking in the background then was hung up on. When calling back the line said it was after hours and they were closed.

Thinking I wasn't going to be called today I missed a call at 5: 17pm. I did try to return the call to, again, find the after hours line. I am grateful because I did get a callback a few mins later and have organised the certificates I needed eventually, but this has been really frustrating.

Kept me waiting 45 minutes in the mall. I rang them again to be told still another 15 minute wait. So I left. No patient care at all. 3 people on reception. Non caring.

Doctor Thangarajah is fantastic. She is caring and really takes her time to listen to you. If your looking for an excellent doctor she's the one.
