No service, zero response, you call them no one answers. I don't know how they can stay in business, they're just lazy. Came into their office and got given a business card with the "proper" email address, still heard nothing.

I would not recommend Boronia Doors, been a chippy for 45 year. Had to hang a front door for a client the other day. Door and front door jamb delivered, door did not fit jamb, had to cut top and bottom of door to fit jamb, then hung door, bow in latch side of jamb, approximately 5/7mm and door is defective, so end up with 8/9 gap on latch side. The jamb has side lites each side so no adjustment, so nothing I can do. The client rang Boronia doors and the blamed me, not the supplier. How can you add on to a door thats been stained. Prior to delivery client ask me to measure opening 1745 (excisting opening size, which works bricks) they supply jamb 1700, this house is on a slab, built 1975 so no movement. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them, and very over priced, 2,500 down the drain

We had a door installed today by sub contractors hired out by Boronia Doors. Until today our experience with your company had been wonderful.
However today was a completely different experience. Your door installer (Neil) swore, and screamed at my mother, calling her crazy, over the phone because she called your office to inform you that one of the men had been looking through the items on our deck. This was all caught on our camera system. The way he spoke to her was completely unprofessional and uncalled for and after being informed that he is your usual installer we will be unlikely to use your business again. It's a shame because we are so happy with our custom order door, and your office team was truly wonderful.

We recently went to Boronia doors and we decided to order a rear aluminium sliding door for our backyard entertaining area. We also got our front entrance done with a new frame and beautiful front door the installer showed up on time and with great eeze got the job done as we were concerned because a previous Carpenter informed us that it would be a great deal of work and time. Thanks heaps Joe and Heidi for your help and assistance at a busy an unfortunate time. Would recommend Boronia Door Centre.

We recently got our sliding door changed to French doors with a doggie door added, what seemed like a super difficult and expensive thing for Door Plus was easy with Jo and the team, great advise and options and Chris did a great job on the installation 1 day ahead of schedule. Thanks guys!

I have been here twice in the last few months. The customer service was terrible or non existent both times.

The first time I went, one gentleman was very friendly, but handed us over to his colleague who just wasn't interested in helping us at all. I was interested in a door behind a display and he didn't bother coming out from behind his desk to see which one I was asking about. I had to point in the direction of the doors I was enquiring about, I still don't know if we were speaking about the same door. As for the glass I liked, he told me he'd call me back about it, I never heard back.

I went again this week, knowing exactly what I wanted, ready to purchase there and then. There was a couple in the store who a sales person was busy with. So I patiently waited, but after quite some time waiting without any sales help from someone else or even just an acknowledgement, I left.

They actually do have some lovely doors and glass to choose from, and I like to support local business so I was very disappointed. But, I'll be buying from Bunnings for the second time again after this.

So disappointed with the quote I was sent for doors with frosted glass. It was exorbitant. Got the doors I wanted elsewhere for a quarter of the price quoted by Boronia Doors. Be wary!

A store with several external doors on display. Helpful sales staff when face-to-face, not quite as helpful on the phone.

Communication is terrible. Hard work. Maybe due to a recent change of ownership and management. I hope they improve as looking at previous reviews it was a very customer focused company.

Terrible customer service and communication. Doors ordered and deposit paid in November. Confirmed installation in January only to be told (when I followed up on install day) that they hadn’t actually ordered them yet. 5 days later told me it would cost more. Three weeks later I followed up again to find out what was happening and was given an install date in late February. The afternoon before the booked install I called to check if install was still on - yes but you have to pay the invoice first. Having not been sent an updated invoice I asked for this. Invoice was wrong but I paid it anyway.
Installation was great and went off without a hitch.
If you get a quote from here, check that all of the hinges and door handles are on your quote.

If u are renovating and need a door or doors, call in and have a look around, u won't go wrong & the staff will help in any way they can.

What a fantastic experience to deal with such a professional company. Our new sliding doors look fantastic. The whole process, from attending the showroom, quoting process and final installation was faultless.
The staff, from first contact to the installers, were courteous, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. All this with a very competitive price means I can highly recommend the Boronia Door Centre.

We were wanting to replace the door handles in our hallways, wardrobes and laundry. No luck at Bunnings despite several attempts, so we researched and found Boronia Door Centre. They had exactly what we wanted and at a price $10 cheaper than Bunnings. Multiply that saving by the 12 sets of handles we needed and it was well worth the 15 minute drive to Boronia Door centre.very good customer service.

We absolutely love our new door and are very pleased with the entire process of dealing with Boronia Doors. After a poor experience with another door company we were a little hesitant in trying another company. Mel was really helpful when I visited the showroom, assisting me in choice of door and reassuring me it would definitely be installed as per booking date. Chris (carpenter) arrived on time, was friendly and professional and did an excellent job of installing our new frame and door. The price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate in using their services in the future.

I wandered into this shop to browse after receiving a quote from another door installer. The customer service from Mel was amazing and the options and range huge. I was able to get a cheaper quote, larger door and faster installation from Boronia doors than the other big brand store so decided on the spot to go with it and pay deposit. I am so impressed that only 2 weeks later we have our new door and side lights installed already! The installer Chris was a friendly and likeable guy who did an amazing and professional job. He even installed a digital lock I'd purchased elsewhere at no extra cost. 5 star service and a very happy customer here. I highly recommend Boronia Doors. Thanks guys! *Before and After photos. Very poor customer service went in on a Saturday with a issue with my sliding door they said they will have to ring up their suppliers for a answer didn't bother ring me back with the answer so recommend anyone go elsewhere

Great advice, fair price and installation was perfect. I couldn't recommend Boronia doors more highly!
