Got my COVID booster here today. The staff and the pharmacist particularly were amazing, thorough and just a joy to deal with. Haven’t had customer service like this in any other pharmacies in the area and will definitely be back for all my pharmacy needs.

The best pharmacy I have used. Pharmacist was extremely helpful and experienced and answered all my questions professionally. They also provide prepacked prescription to nursing homes as well. Over all range in store is well equipped as well, with a good range of baby products, first aid kit refills, and off the shelf medicine. It’s most conveniently located just outside the shopping centre.

Awful people. The pharmacist has an identity crisis and thinks he's a doctor - or Sherlock Holmes instead of a checkout attendant. Stay away if you don’t want a headache.

Profiteers and price gougers, selling 100ml of hand-sanitiser for $13. Same can be bought normally for $1 for 250ml. This shop are a mob of criminals, probably got in on the mass-hoarding early on just to make a big profit out of their poor customers.

Poor service. I ordered online 100piece 6 pack berry flavour nature's way multi kids and waited like 1.5 month and when i went today to pickup then they have tropical flavour and when told representative then they are blaming systeam and when i told them to swap with berry flavour 50 pack then they saying can not do it and i told her to speak to boss rachel bcoz she was the one who received online order the telling me we have to order again and you have to pay more. Thats just very bad and poor service. How can you tell ur fussy eater to change flavour? I would give them - negative star but there is no star like that. BEEARE OF THIS SCAMMERS AND CHEATERS

Terrible customer service. Older blonde lady was screaming at me and other customers from behind the counter and chemist said nothing. Horrible experience. Will never go back.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to, the pharmacist is rude, nasty and down right horrible. Questions everything my doctor tells me and thinks she know my body better than me or my doctor. Would NEVER recommend that pharmacy to anyone. There are 3 better pharmacy's in Boronia, go to them and don't waist your time on this RUDE, NASTY PHARMACIST. She will only question you on what your doctor has already told you. SHE OBVIOUSLY DIDNT MAKE IT AS A GP. I also work in Pathology and know my tests and medications better than this woman. Will never get my business ever again and I will be spreading the word to all my friends in Boronia.

Been using them a long time, the staff are always been nice here but recently there always seem to be dodgy hobos wandering outside. Im scared to bring my kids these days. And a girlfriend said they sold this place.

The new owners were fantastic and treated you as you treated them. The old owners, Greg in particular was horrible, made mistakes with doses, he put the methadone/suboxone door around the back of the store, which meant the 'clientel' hanging around the back asked for lifts, ciggas, money or your dose. Highly dangerous and quite a stupid move. He would also make people wait for ridiculous amounts of time, we were the trash and everyone in the store was served first. These days, the new owners are friendly, prompt, understanding.although the room itself was putrid. (See pictures, yes that is a fit wrapper on top)
Happy to say Ive been off the program and clean for 4 months to this very day.

Discount pharmacy with good range of products. Located next to Kmart and the corner of the mall. Friendly staff always seem helpful. Open 7 days and till late which is very handy.

Treated like dirt. The shop use to be great but since Gai and Greg left its fallen in a hole. Some of the new weekend staff have no iunderstanding about customer service. They advertised that they are a discount pharmacy chemist but seem to be the most expensive in Boronia?
I don't recommend this chemist to anyone. Keep Cleae!

Really friendly staff and they make their own colic mix for babies with colic. "Colicalm" our baby was so much better after it.
