At first this company was responsive, as working on a job a few hours away that they ran into problems at could not attend to quote for a week, however, provided a prelim quote based on photos and sms discussion on job requirements. When I asked for a finalized quote so tat I could book them in for works all communication from them ceased. Calls, sms and emails unanswered until I asked if they actually wanted te work, we received an appology and advised that yes they do and would call the following day - 4 days later still awaiting their call.have called since with no response.

A BIG First OF ALL - These Tradies TURNED UP for a quote, when they said they would, and set a date, if we wanted to proceed. Such a welcome surprise, and gave us a sense of confidence, that these people were keen and interested in us. This was a job on a structure (large carport / veranda) rebuild, that had many hidden problems, which were dealt with by Graeme, in a professional and efficient manner. All these hidden problems, created an extra days work for the crew, with no complaints. We were very happy with the workmanship - and the price was less then we expected. Thank you to Graeme and Ben. Well done.
