Joel and Tre were very professional in the repair of our older Daikin split system. They had previously visited to diagnose the issue, and undertook general service on the aircons in the house. A few weeks later, they returned with the required spare parts, and fixed the noisy bearing issue. Great job by both Joel and Tre, and their company. Thanks very much.

We had installed a Brivis Ducted Gas Heating Model SP52INV4 by Border Heating & Cooling. They were fantastic & very efficient and professional.

We had Joel from Border Heating and Cooling come out today to service our air con, something that hasn't been done since we moved in 5 years ago! He absolutely transformed our air-conditioner from a nasty, dusty, semi working air con into something that we can feel comfortable running, knowing we are breathing clean air for the first time in years! He was very personable and friendly, and we were extremely happy with everything he did. He went above and beyond to remember ours and our kids names and interact with them, including making sure our newborn wouldn't be upset by the loud noises while he cleaned up. Excellent service and impeccable Job. I would recommend Joel, and Border Heating and cooling to everyone!

Absolutely thrilled with the team who installed our new heating system. The team did a great job in the heat? And were very tidy + clean up all the rubbish from the old system. They were very easy to communicate with during the installation. Well done!

I used Border Heating & Cooling for a new spit system. First of all Tegan was very pleasant and professional. I received the quote the same day. When there was a delay in the installation due to the distributor (not their fault) not having units available, she brought a panel heater out so that we could stay warm in the meantime.

Secondly, I received messages telling me when someone would be arriving, who I was to expect, then another notification 15 minutes prior to their arrival. Mason and Joel installed the unit. They were very nice, very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. I couldn't have asked for a better installation team. Very happy
