My friends and I had an awesome experience last week. My first time doing karaoke and I had so much fun! Yolanda was the most amazing, she’s very nice and professional. Next time we are in Melbourne, definitely re visiting! Thank you Yolanda!

Called to request to cancel my booking. The staff isn't aware of the cancellation policy and could not advise if I would be charged a cancellation fee or not.

Terrible experience, the staffs especially the female staff, exhibited extremely poor attitudes. They entered our room without knocking, seriously disrupting our experience, we won't visit again

Booked on Saturday, tried to call 5 times to reschedule, no one picked up the phone. Charged $20 dollars for late showing 15 mins.
It’s unreasonable.

Come here few times already. Last few times the staffs were quite friendly. But the staff work this Sunday was rude and basically ignore people. Like he don’t even want to talk to us and ignored my request. Disappointed about that.

Really bad service, they don’t have any attitude to solve the problem. We were late and tried to contact them to help us keep the spot, but no one picked up the call (we tried 5 times). But they keep saying they pick up every call even though we show the call history. Anyway, problem happened then they didn’t try to figure it out. That’s it.

Amazing service, super friendly and helpful staff! Would recommend to everyone looking for a well priced karaoke experience!

The Entry is off Little Lonsdale St rather than inside the QV building if you get lost (like we did). We’ll be back!

We had a lovely experience here, very friendly staff who went above and beyond. Ink was very lovely and was a delight to talk to!

We lined up to make a booking at 9: 30pm (came there at around 6pm). There was a guys who serve us. When we come back later, a girl said she doesn’t see our booking in a system, saying that it’s a system failure. She asks us to come back at 10pm while we do have a reservation at 9: 30pm? Also she said that guys don’t tell her that he booked for us? It’s so ridiculous! Love the environment here but it’s a bad experience for me!

Brand new karaoke with nice design but awful searching system. I had to search songs by YouTube firstly and type in English and lots of songs not available. I suffered am error in network so I couldn't use it for a while

It's not really recommended. The background sound is very quiet and the venue is very small.

The staff was really accommodating. The only small problem was that it was a bit difficult for us to find Korean and Japanese songs. I'm sure this is the best Chinese karaoke.

Affordable price, and nice air conditioning. They have almost all my favourite Chinese songs from 陈粒，草东没有派对，福禄寿和告五人.

I had a bad experience here. When we booked at 11pm and the staff took our phone number. However, at exactly 11am we waited outside for 5 mins and there was no call at all. At 11: 15 we went inside and asked the staff, they said to wait more 5 minutes. We waited 10 minutes and the staff didn't call us. They didn't sorry us
