Boost Juice RMIT

Went there at 9: 40am in the morning， no one was there while all the light was on. Went again at 3: 10pm， someone did sign language in the counter told me they r close.

You people need to put more staff here. That poor girl is working on her own during busy hours and we had to wait for more than 15 mins to order. On a hot day everyone would get boost. Need better planning and it’s not fair on that poor girl who’s running around alone and working hard. Plus it’s too hot, that girl was sweating

Slowest Boost in the state! Not to mention the terrible taste and watered down cheaper tasting smoothies

Swear I've seen this place only open once since the start of 2022, no signs saying why it's shut or when it's reopening.

I was literally waiting 20 min for my juice, 2 ppl behind me but they have gotten their juice first, next time put an effort and go to Melb central boost as costumer service in this boost is awful and they don’t value ppl’s time.
They put an effort on chatting not offering a good service.
I told to all my class mates don’t go there,
They are just bad.
Don’t waist ur time?

The service is bad. Impatient staff and get annoyed by answering simple question. Will never come back here again.

Great juice, lovely service by the staff but the music is wayyy too loud. Can't even hear yourself order

Very slow and untrained staff. The fresh juices have no taste at all. There were over 15 people waiting in line and the staff was just talking with each other.

On the Boost application said it closes at 18: 00. Went there at 17: 45 and it was completely closed, lights off and no staff on sight. Probably they closed even earlier than that

I was really impressed with the professionalism of our service today from Luka. It was clearly understaffed and very busy and the staff members were handling the situation to the best of their ability. I think it's important to give good feedback where it's due.
