Boost Juice

Unsatisfactory staff on sunday. I paid for a product not for the counter girl to tell me where to go.

Lol all the people pressed about the customer service and experience. What do you expect? Boost juice is notorious for hiring young underaged female workers still in school. That said - the local workers here are pretty nice and chill. Very attentive and helpful, a bit expensive with today's cost of living but that's not their fault. Wait times are fine and there's so many options on the app they are happy to cater.

The girls were too busy on their phones to take my order.
There’s also no consistency with my order, which I get a couple of times a week.
I order the immunity juice and sometimes it is served on ice, sometimes the ice is mixed in and it’s more like a slushy. I want juice, not a slushy.

Bought 4 originals for nearly $40 and the clearly untrained kids making it tried to complete the order in one tub. When they failed (one tub does 3 at most) they tried to fix the last one by only adding ice, ice cream and reblending. When they saw me watching they then knocked out 5 other orders before handing over ours. One or Two drinks I wouldnt have bothered but $40 for a treat? Nah. Ill be skipping boost from now on if the business model is ripping me off without putting training back into staff.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a boost juice, girls just hung out the back chatting to eachother with little care for the customers. 10th may 11am

Deserve 5 stars all the way. Just got a bue honolulu and swapped from Mango magic. Really friendly staff and super quick. These girls need a pay rise (ϋ) /. Thanks again.

25+ minutes for a smoothie is just far too long of a wait even used the mobile app to ‘skip the queue’ to negate some time but doesn’t seem to do anything. Very poor.

Perhaps time to hire more staff

Friendly girls not only helped me out with a Berry Blast but also directions because I was lost and running late to a meeting. I got there on time with a Boost in hand for my client. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible customer service on more than one occasion at this store but today was by far the worst! I tried to order a drink for my daughter at 6pm on a Friday only to be told that they were closed. Their hours are until 9pm and when I questioned this the staff member ignored me and went back to sweeping the floor. My daughter became distressed as I had promised her a boost for being so amazing at her optometrists appointment and while I was trying to settle her another couple tried to order and where given the same response. They also questioned the opening hours and the very rude "manager" Tahlia snapped at them " we are short staffed so we have close". I really think this store needs a huge overhaul in management and customer service, I will not be back!

Was just served by a lovey young girl by the name of jasmine. I have been getting boost for the last 10 years! Jasmine actually took the time to up sell products and even got me to try a new drink! This girl needs to be manager! Thank you for jasmine.it’s great to know there are still people like you around!

Waited far too long to place my order, as the ONLY customer waiting. Stood there patiently while the staff stood behind the counter engrossed in their own conversation.

Decided to sit down and watch the store as i drank my smoothie (which was fine, hence the two stars) as three other lots of customers had to wait their turn for service, as each time the staff couldn't wait to rush out the order to resume chatting.

It would almost be funny if it wasn't so infuriating.

Ordered a vegie juice today. Not busy and four workers so engrossed in their own conversation to pay attention to customers waiting to be served.took their time! I ordered a mixed vegie juice consisting of carrot, beetroot, ginger, spinach, lemon and celery.well it was celery over kill.and could hardly taste any other ingredient. I also ordered the 3 booster deal and when I checked if it was added in due to the fact that it was left out last time I ordered a juice, the female worker rolled her eyes, answered, "YES" in a pissed off attitude and turned her back. Way to go Boost Juice, fabulous customer service!
