Boost Juice

Very bad service and staff attitude. Watermelon tasted not right, the staff said it’s no problem, even she doesn’t check anything. Just keep saying no problem and she cannot refund or make another one. It’s no food safety!

Boost burwood is very poorly managed. The wait time is ridiculously long and they never seem to have enough staff. The senior staff are always rude which sadly runs down to the junior staff. When you finally get your drink it’s runny and not made well. There are only a few machines running at one time which doesn’t match the demand of customers. Management need to spend more time developing this branch.

Manager needs to roster on more people on shifts, it’s not fair on the staff member to have one person handling till and making the juices especially during a rush!

Ordered 2 different smoothies. The mango magic with extra mango i ordered was given to me chunky. Asked them to re-blend it. No issues. But the worker had a dirty smirk on the entire interaction. She then handed me the drink back. Both smoothies had around a 2cm gap from the top of the cup to the drink. I gave up on the store after that. More than likely wont be going back. I'll just go to the Glen store. Never had an issue there.

Waited 20 minutes for fresher blended 2&5 juice today on a sat… first time I actually stood there waiting even when all the other customers before order smoothies have gotten theirs…. Mine took longer, I guess for freshly blended it takes longer to get the vegs out

5mins left for store to close still the asian lady closed and when called 15mins before around 5.45 to order they did not answer…

Literally the worst boost juice in Australia. One young girl trying to take orders and make juices. Assuming the owners son attempting to make the juices and taking forever and going as slow as possible. No names taken, confusion as to whose order is who's, owner standing in the back with his wife and little daughter just watching. 40 minutes plus to get two juices and it wasn't even that busy. If you want to come for a laugh and see disorganised chaos then this is the place

Seriously the slowest service everytime! You're ignored when trying to order and then the inexperienced kids seems to have no urgency at all. Just wish there was another Boost close by so I wouldn't have to go through this every time.

Worst ever i ordered boost juice a week ago on uber they cancelled it after 20min and again i ordered today they again cancelled it after 20min. They cancel order after 20min of our wait. Then later i just went to store they took like 25min to give me 2 boost crushes. They are sooo slow. One guy keep taking order while other 6 wait and wait. Idk worst ever

Brah, best boost around. My drink tastes too good ya know what im sayin. Would never go to any other boost! Elita is the best, she knows whatsupp! 100% reccomend. Hats off to burwood one boost man. Would give 13 stars if possible

Stood there for ten minutes before anyone even served me (there was no one in front of me). Then waited another 15 minutes to actually receive the smoothie I ordered. The three girls looked like they were moving around but nothing much was actually happening. Won’t be coming back to this boost.

There needs to be some sort of adult supervision. It’s three 13 year old girls gossiping about their weekend. The drink was good by the time i got it but those kids need to focus.

Ordered 1 mango tango, 3 girls in the place and no one wanted to ask for the order, they really look like they didn’t wanted to work at all, waited for 20 minutes and not happy at all

Ordered 2 drinks and waited for half an hour. You gonna be joking! What a service. 3staffs seem no care at all. Well done Boost!

I always feel like I need a bit of a Boost after work and the folks at Boost Juice are happy to oblige.
Positive energy, energetic beverages at decent prices, plus every now and then, they throw in something new for a limited time.
