Yes supposedly close at 5pm despite having to be open till 5.30pm on Boxing Day. Poor excuses and unappetizing customer service. Bland to say the least and as sour as a lime. Wouldn't take my order so you get one pathetic little star. Enjoy x

I keep seeing mice congregate to this store, really disgusting fruit, it's all brown and moldy. Workers aren't that nice and they're always distracted. Lmao who is in charge of this place

Went there few days ago, WORST boost juice I’ve been to …. Do you like Disney world? Great you’re in luck cause there’s rats everywhere and roaches too … workers are always on their phones and I had to wait 15 minutes FOR A SMALL DRINK? Overall terrible drinks. Bad staff. Dirty and mouldy fruits …

Tried to use my reusable cups that are 50 cents off and they said they didn’t use them. Actually a joke considering they have a massive boost logo on the cups and are made of metal to promote environmental sustainability. The lady at the front and and whole store clearly can’t put 2 and 2 together so dense. I even asked for them to just put it in the cup and not worry about the discount but that was too hard for the staff. Ahaha what a joke no self thinking logical people honestly I was amazed at how dumb they are.

Went there for an immunity boost and left with an absolute MOOD boost! New Alia is absolutely amazing! Their energetic attitude, smile that would never find a mask that could hide it, and a blissful demeanor happy to tell you your hair looks good when you were honestly feeling a bit meh about it!

Go get some positive vibes from these beautiful people! Go!

The service from the younger staff was amazing, there all so sweet and kind, not to mention my drink was ready in under 5 minutes and tasted amazing. This store has a wonderful team and vibe.

Ok service, staff a bit rude. Girl serving us had her hair loose which is food hygiene concern. The girl with dark blond and straight hair.

If I could give less stars, I would.poor customer service and very long wait times, extremely slow.

The staff is rude and not doing their job properly. I ordered two original size drinks and the both of them are not fully toped up. The girl named Milli was dancing in the counter while customer are still waiting for their drinks which are sitting in the blender. Worst boost I have ever go to…

They got my name and my order wrong.and they expect me to come forward when they call the wrong name. I mean how am I supposed to know that is for me. When I confronted then she said yea we got your name wrong here your drink. She was rude.

While it's great to see such young staff working at the Victoria Gardens boast juice (the kids all being 15yr olds, maybe even 14? The oldest being the 18yr old that's supervising/team leading).
I would prefer if someone trained them in customer service and that a pleasant smile goes a long way off when serving & taking customer orders.
I was served by Nikita? And while I was deciding on what to order, i was greeted with an attitude and a " whatda ya want? " As if she didnt want to be there instead of a happy bubbly person. I was abit dismay by this greeting, no hello, hows your day, or smile greet to build rapport. I can see why it looked abit empty on a Friday evening.
I would suggest managerment train their staff in better servicing their customers, these skills go far in the real world.

Great service from the staff at there, I love boost so much. I order drinks with soy milk everyday from the app order and I will definitely come and order it everyday:)

Just the dry usual standard boost. And as per usual really yummy. How can you go wrong with boost!

BUSY JUICE OUTLET
Its often quite busy here with people queuing up for their juice fix.
Its just around the corner from the food court as you head towards the supermarket.
Boost is fairly pricey but you do get a healthy drink for your money:)

This place is OK very standard same as every boost shop in Victoria. I ordered a green tea mantrs mango. They put too much ice so it ruined my taste.
