Boost Juice

I Ordered power plant protein around 6: 55pm on 12/01/2023. One thing I noticed she didn’t use the scale just kept adding with hand when I asked her about it her replay was we don’t use the scale for power plant protein.
Secondly she forgot to add some ingredients which she added after she already blended few ingredients.
Please train your staff

The guy who works here saturday 18 nov tonight around 8PM is extremely helpful and kind.excellent service for us who are tourists and are new in town.perfect blue honolulu too.we’ll get the protein balls next time.we hope both sides of his pillow are cold at night.cheers.

I just picked up a mobile order, and the drink I received was not completely filled – it was a quarter short of being full. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they didn't apologize. They made a second drink. But one of the female staff jeered disrespectfully when I checked the second drink. I know you don’t own this store otherwise it would be shut in a month mate:) this is not the way how customers should be treated, basic hospitality 101.

There was not one strand, but two strands of curly hair in my boost juice today! I wouldn’t even know if I hadn’t opened the lid to stir the ice. Awful hygiene.

Great location for an Aussie classic, with friendly staff and quick service! The location is bright, clean and speedy to get out orders. Perfect during the warm summers, though it’s good anytime of year for the smoothie lovers among us.

This boost juice is very good for grabbing a tasty juice like mango tango crush before you get on the train

Twice when I have come to get my morning drink it has been closed at 8: 15 when the store is ment to open at 7: 30

Variety of juice and shakes available but price is bit high.
Though I'm regular for Boost Juice but would love more if they reduce the price a bit.

Loves this place, arrive at stations then choose one of the juice from apps and head to the shop, been here countless times and so far all drinks are great taste, keep up the good work, see you soon.

Fast service and the girl serving me was so sweet and started a conversation with me.even complimented my lashes.other times the customer service was not as good as hers so they better give her a pay rise and more shifts

Wanted to get a free drink for my birthday, but one of the staff was not very friendly with a cold face.

As like all Boost Juice stores there is something for everyone. My daughter always has juice whereas I like a smoothie style. Banana is my favourite. Staff are always helpful. This place can get busy particularly during summer surrounded by mostly younger people who’ve taken this franchise to their hearts. Prices reasonable.
Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram and stroller accessible.

The front service crew (straight white golden bright hair girl) is utterly rude. Got my boost around 3pm today.

My drinks are full of water plus they put normal ice though I ordered less ice. Overall great services
