Boost Juice reviews
48This store is consistently slow - 20 mins + wait. Ordering via the app doesn’t help either - I’ve arrived to pick up drinks bought via the app only be told “oh someone else took that drink”, and received the wrong drink on multiple occasions.
Fix your opening and closing hours. Waited for such a long time only to find out its closed. We ordered online through the app. Fix your app time as well! You guys work there, take some feedback
I have been drinking boosts for some time. I found the southern cross branch the worst I have been. Whenever I get the same drink, it is not as good as in comparison to the other stores.
I got the worst today, no taste, too much ice, and not blended well. I wonder if the staff follow the measurements in the recipe or whatever.
So careless, rude staff. Didn't bother to complain about it, threw the drink in the bin straight away after a few sips.
Love their fresh juice but way too busy. Expect to wait. There are some other Boosts in CBD.
I ordered online in application 15 mins before pick up. When i arrive the staff inform that they didn’t get my order and i insist them that application already deducted money. Once staff find out they saw the docker come out and I heard that they said “I don’t know how to make this order” oh pleaseee train your staff well.
I had end up by waiting another 15 mins!
Overall service 0/10 and flavour total different from what i had, NO ICE, Bland!
Ordered 3 Boost Juices and could not pay in Australian currency with a $50.00 note!
Apparently banks have no money?
Apparently they are short staffed even though there were 5 employees with a Team Leader?
Then the response changed to they are not allowed to give change?
How do you operate your business?
Jess the Manager! Had all the excuses but not the facts that there was no sign to state they are not accepting some Australian currency- 50 and 100 dollar notes and that you will not only lose money from us but many others.
And for your attitude Jess on the phone was rude and dismissive that also demonstrated a clear lack of managing complaints.
Absolutely ridiculous!
Says that you close at 7pm, just tried to get a drink, its not busy its 6: 20pm and they said they're closed.
Boost is my fav drink and never had consistency issues from any store before. But southern cross store is really bad. I been there couple of time snd I found them mostly busy but today they serve me the worst one. I wanted to have a juice for train and they serve me was not properly blended icy banana’s and mango.
Went here at 6: 15 to pick up my online orders and was told that they are closed.hopefully I can get my money back
This is disappointing it’s took 200 years and they kept cussing me out when i got my drink it was not blended i had a whole passion fruit in it
I've been to this boost juice a couple of times at night after my gym session at virgin active (around 7pm).
Unbelievably terrible efficiency for a stall at a major train station. I missed 3 trains while waiting for my drink (which came every 10mins), a customer before me walked off before getting his drink cause he'd wait too long. 3 staff we working and only 1 person was making the drinks, cleaning and serving. My drink was watery and lacked favour.
Honestly not worth getting a boost here. I'd rather walk further to find another boost stall
Waited 15 mins for my order even though there was absolutely nobody in line or waiting for their order when I ordered. Only two teens were working there with no adult supervision. 3 customers came 3 mins after I placed my order and they all received their juices before me and left. And they also ran out of ingredients on a Friday morning.
The smoothies are always different consistency but the best thing is that it's open until 7om and I can get a boost juice late omg so frikken cool
I can custom my drink anyway so it always works out well
Wondering why they are serving smoothies when they don’t even have ice! That’s not a smoothie, it’s just a warm juice which was full of sugar. One brand, same menu but different taste each time.
Waste of time and money.
Ordered two drinks. One of them was called out wrong, I said to the girl working, I didn't order that drink I ordered a different drink. She then assured me it was the drink I ordered however, it was not. Similar but not. Ended up throwing it away as I am lactose intolerant. Waste of money.
Just had the absolute worst service at the Southern Cross Boost! My smoothie sat there ready in the blender for ages while one girl took orders and the three others just stood in the back chatting. The only reason I got my smoothie eventually was because I had to ask if I could please have it, which was met with rude snarky-ness by the girl serving. Worst service of my life
I like boost juice but feel they could improve the quality control with their fruit. As sometime the fruit doesn't taste good. But on the good side if they make the drink bad they will remake it for you. Although I have never asked them to do that as every time it hasn't been great it I knew it was one of the fruits they put in and they would still use the same batch of fruit to remake it. They have a good reward program and they also offer lots of promotions. I did win one of the competitions for movie tickets many years ago which wasn't organised well; as by the time I received the tickets the movie was no longer playing in cinemas. But as that was so long a go i have faith that they are organising them better now. But to be honest I stopped entering them after that experience so I can't say for sure. I do not however have nothing against any particular store these are simply my overall thoughts on boost juice
Great service.but, the name should be changed from ‘Smoothie’ to ‘Lumpy’! Mine had half an apple in it.
To say im dissapointed is an understatement. Took my order, then 5 minutes later asked what I had ordered, because the machine wasnt printing the orders, which meant for some reason they couldnt make my order, as if making smoothies was the hardest thing in the world. I had about 10 minutes until my train. There were atleast four workers in the back, 3 of them on their phones and gossiping with each other. I had to repeat my order atleast 3 times when one of the workers had asked what I ordered. At this point, I had about two minutes until my train (which goes to the country and only goes every hour). I asked for a refund and the worker said that she would have to call her manager to issue one, but then went to go make someone elses order. My mum ended up having to ask her if she was going to call her manager like she said she would. I got my refund in cash and ended up having to sprint to the train which was just about to depart. The workers at Boost Juice couldnt care less about us missing our train. Do better Boost Juice. If I could give a 0, I would.
Got my All Berry Bang original size and wasn't properly mixed. Instead, I got solid ice. How am I supposed to drink it? Plus, you guys need to offer a bigger straw. I've been trying to drink it for 30 minutes I used to be your biggest stan. We need a boost alternative, which uses fresh berries not frozen ones. At least, you guys should cut the price. $8.5 is way too rip off
