I normally enjoy my visits to Boost Juice, but lately, the quality and consistency of their beverages have drastically declined. The inconsistency of taste from one visit to the next is quite disconcerting, making me question their standards of service. I expect a well-crafted drink every time, not just occasionally. Unfortunately, the lack of consistency in their product has marred my overall experience. Regrettably, I can only give them a 1-star rating.

Before c19 protein balls were 5$ for 3. Now they charge $8 for 3 and the quality is nowhere as good.

They always have delicious drinks in sizes that are right for small children, older kids and adults. They are a bit pricey but it is always worth it for the nice, refreshing drinks. There is around a 5 minutes wait but that is because there is always 1 or 2 other people there to be served before you.you can watch them make your drink fresh. They also have a few snacks you can purchase.

Love boost juice. They have a good sized vegan menu now too. The coconuts for chocolate is so good!

I ordered one of the summer new flavours “School’s out” which is pink colour, after waiting 15 minutes I asked for my drink and they handed me a yellow drink from the counter. When I mentioned that it should be pink they insisted that “school’s out” is a yellow drink even when I showed them on the screen. They offered to make me another drink and another staff member mixed my drink and yelled out “PINK PARADISE “ and the other staff pointed at me. I ended up not having the drink I wanted after 20 minutes waiting so never mind

Its a healthy choice considering the price rise with soft drinks from the food courts a better option in the end.

Staff rude and not professional.
Charged $29.88 for one original and one medium two & five. Then staff was unable to refund.ridiculous service

At Boost Juice this afternoon in Epping. They were so busy and had the music blarring. I told the young gentleman my name and with a blank stare, he said ok. No one could hear their names being called so I suggested nicely that maybe they should turn the music down at bit. The young woman smiled and walked away. There she was laughing and telling the other staff who all looked at me and laughed. I rang Centre management and apparently Boost Juice have lots of complaints re their music. My drink I ordered was called out and I said there were two and I was told the order was for Mario, after a few minutes another drink appeared and called out for Mario. I went up and said they were my drink and she said no its Mario, to which I replied, if the music wasn't so loud staff would hear names better and told her I even spelt my name for the guy.
Two things. Staff have no care factor for customers

Amazing! Flavors are immaculate! Although my friend threw it at a old nanny.it spaltered everywhere! If only the lids were secured with gorilla tape

Boost makes some of the best refreshing drinks and this is no exaggeration. The reason I put a 4 star down is that sometimes they make the drinks to watery but other then that a beautiful place

Absolutely disgusting store. The staff here are always dazed and confused. I understand that Boost wants to have a funky fun image but the staff have got to clean themselves up. Dirty hands and nails, hair all over the place, the store itself is filthy. There were fruit flies in the front counter behind the glass area, dust everywhere… it looks as though it hasn’t been cleaned in months. At the counter where the blenders sit, a drink must have spilt and there was juice all over the place, however the girl at the counter didn’t even bother to wipe it up. She just kept sliding new cups around over it and passing them to the customers all dripping and wet. I really wonder what the owner of that store is and if they have bothered to check up on it lately.

The banana buzz smoothie was made way too sweet, almost undrinkable with the amount of honey in it, and ended up throwing it out.

Good place to get afreshly squeezed juice or a smoothie. Although they have started using lots of sorbets and ice cream and real fruit quantity is getting less and less. Always asking extra for adding more fruit. But expensive. Staff are efficient and quick.

Staff were so rude. On their phones while serving me. My young daughter was excited to get a juice and to hear her name be called out, but the women staff member slammed the cup down and rudely said “here”. Horrible customer service

Rude and arrogant staff. I was waiting for my drink and the girl yelled out my name in the most rude tone and sarcastically told me to have a nice day. My drink wasn’t even blended properly. Disgusting. Won’t be coming here again.

Yesterday I purchased a Gym Junkie and the girl asked if I wanted extra berries or protein in it and I said no, as an original costs a ridiculous $8.90 anyway. When I got my drink it was white and tasted like a banana buzz. Very disappointing as I can make a banana buzz at home. Will not be purchasing boost from here again and will probably only purchase Boost very rarely now at $9 which is ridiculous.

The customer service here is fantastic. I ordered thru Deliver at 4.59 not knowing that they close at 5pm (the app said it closes at 9pm). The workers there are so friendly, they called me at 5.10pm to let me know some of the items cannot be made because they are close already but they would still make my order. I felt so bad ordering 1 min before closing but they are just so nice! I am always a regular there and will always come back for sure.

Sorry guys your boost juice was the worst one l had today it was watery l ask for crushed not a juice l can make it better at home for the price you pay l had to ask the girl l wanted more ice and it still came out watery you need to train your staff how to make a crushed boost juice l waiting for a while and she didnt get it right she should only take orders not make the drinks the other young lady wanted to make another drink for me l want to long to get my first drink l said the thankyou l will not buy another boost juice from epping again if l see that girl who service me she need more training

I'm only writing this review because of the attitude of the staff that work at this particular boost juice! Being nice to customers isnt a very hard task even if you aren't in the mood.
Because rude attitude, eye brow raising, Rolling your eyes at customers isn't a very good look at all. Especially when you see staff talking amongst each other whilst customers are waiting more than usual time to receive the product! Not a good look for the boost juice brand.
