Boost Juice

Slow service in the middle of the day. Should have more people working and not one person on their own.

Asked for extra strawberries in a seperate cup (we obviously will pay for) with our order and manager said no for no reason

Very disorganised and poor customer service. I placed my order, and customers who had placed their order after me, were getting their orders before me. I asked what was going on, and with no apology or acknowledgement, they just eventually called my name. Also, my order was watered down considerably, resulting in zero flavour. Never again.

Manager TJ is terrible. Have heard from many people she overworks, underpays, and is very disorganised. Often she will let workers know their shifts less than 24 hours in advance, and she is apparently judgemental of both workers and customers, and verbally abused workers. Since management changed, Boost Northlands is disorganised and understaffed.

Although it's a little expensive, you know you are getting fresh natural juice from Boost.

I went in around 9: 07 am for a smoothie and they didn’t took my order, by saying that it’s early for them to prepare it. I had to wait till 9: 20 Am. No complaints I love boost. But could you please encourage your employees to come early and start preparations but early.
Would save our time especially in Christmas time.

Last time i ordered a Lychee Crush from Boost Northland and ended up throwing the cup in the bin because of too many plastic small pieces in the cup. I approached to the staff and told her that the cup got too many plastic pieces please check your ingredients cause it may harm other customers to swallow it. Then she literally just looked at other staffs and said okay to me not even trying to solve the problem or telling others to solve it.

Ordered from here twice last week and loved it. Tried to order again since then and Boost keeps showing up as “Unavailable” on Uber Eats. Have tried to call to find out why that is however the line is “busy”. Have been trying to get through for the past hour and half with no luck. Not sure what’s going on here. Love this place but I can’t order anymore. Please fix issue ASAP!

The worst.they blame the uber driver for their mistake.at least own it.this poor guy was standing here. I knew he was telling the truth.anyway thanks for nothing

I have been to this boost a few times this past month, usually really satisfied with the level of enthusiasm all the staff show at their stores! However, on every occasion the service here is dry and unpleasant. The girls, especially Lauren on reg and pour, are quite rude when talking to customers and look like they are not enjoying themselves while on shift.

I ordered a banana buzz and got a mango slush so disappointed and no exchange horrible customer service

Yum juice/smoothie. Got the gym junky and the all berry bang for myself and my niece.

It is a little overpriced for what it is. But I guess it’s a chain so not much can be done about that.

It’s a little hidden away too. In case you get lost looking for it in Northland.

Came here for my first 'Boost' experience and loved it, been getting a boost every 2nd day for a month now and its mostly been perfect. Only a couple times its been a bad product.

Still waiting there for drink and it has been 20 minutes wait and it is still going, you guys should be having more staff there.

23rd December 2016 last minute christmas shopping. I ordered an Energy Boost drink. It was very busy however I was given exellent service and did not have to wait long for my drink also I was very happy with my juice.

Boost juice Northland shopping centre has become pathetic after their managment has changed completely. For me having a juice or a smoothie is without ice preferably enjoying its benefits more rather than having more ice and less quantity. I ordered a gym junkie smoothie today and as usual asked for no ice so in return they ask me that what do i want to add extra instead of ice so that it can be filled to the top. I never experianced such a thing before of topping extra in lieu of ice. To this strange question i replied extra yogurt to which they come back and tell me that i need to pay extra. As a customer they need to fulfill my demand of having no ice and why should i pay extra for filling it to the top if i do not want ice in it. It means boost is half ice and half juice. Looks like this new management wants to only make money and do not care about customer needs. Please train yourself to function properly and ensure that your staff understands what the customer needs.

Worst boost i have had in melb it was just frozen yogurt i had to use a spoon it just tast like sugar
