25 Tried to pay with vouchers, but got my voucher back with credit still left on it. Ordered 4 kids drinks in keep cups, barely filled to 3/4 way.
Staff were apologetic and were trying to fix problem
Customer service by manager Cazz? Just lovely. This lady is quick, compassionate and really lovely. I order a complicated juice but every courtesy was shown and not a beat was missed. Grouse juice too. Will pop.in every time I pass here now.
5 pm they where not taking any orders when closing time is 6pm, they just didn’t want to work
I’ve been enjoying mango magic’s for a decade or more and they are a consistently delicious choice
Great product, but often close before advertised hours of open

I know this trait so recently got there 25 minutes before advertising closing.
I got served but... Just
Everyone after me got turned away
A few complained, and the staff just turned away
I have seen it a few times there.
It is not just the odd occasion
A bit sad
No one else waiting but took 20 minutes to make juice. Maybe other people ordered then went for walk? Young guy behind the counter touched his hair and the fruit/veg a lot. Safe to say not my favourite boost juice outlet
We asked for stamp cards during our order but the snotty young blonde girl who was Mary 20 said she would not stamp our cards because we asked for them whilst the drinks were being made and not at the beginning because apparently it's not policy how bloody inflexible pathetic frustrating and inhumane, where did the customer service disappear Jo would fire her on the spot absolutely rediculous and pathetic and rigid what is that ship a government regime? We didn't even know if they actually had stamp cards because they were slightly hidden and she never even bothered to even offer them to us such a disgusting little worker if I was jo I'd have said your fired and we are never hiring you again
If I could give minus 5 I would. The so called “manager/ owner” is nothing but rude and condescending. Want a good juice on chapel street? Go to squeeze. It’s not that far up and the servers are actually nice!
After working in food service for years I have a lot of sympathy for those in the industry when it gets busy. I am always patient and try really hard to be the kind of customer I would have liked to serve. No one has ever made me mad enough to complain, except for the girl behind the counter who "served" me today. Though there was no one in the store the girl seemed quite busy with delivery orders so I decided to wait patiently at the counter until she had a moment. After waiting for 20 minutes and having not been served I asked if I could place my order so that I could come back later to pick it up. She told me she would not take my order and that I had to use the automated kiosk. I told her I would like her to take the order so I could make modifications (I have a severe allergy to a common ingredient in their smoothie bases) and she turned her back on me and refused to take my order. During all this she also berated a poor Uber driver who had the nerve to ask her very nicely if the drink he had been waiting 15 minutes for was ready yet. She told him to go away and leave her alone, it would be ready when it was ready. She seemed to recover her good manners for the two attractive young men who came in to pick up their orders however, she apologised profusely to them for the wait.
Management needs to tell her to pull her head in. I will continue to visit other Boost locations where the staff don't verbally abuse Uber drivers or refuse to take orders.
Awful - waited for over 30 minutes to get the wrong one and sloppy service. Janine better lift her game.
Why it says5: 30 pm closing time when it actually closes at 5: 15 pm. I am here, can here staff but shutter is half down and not taking any customers. What a waste of time.
I ordered through the app and my smoothie was already made by the time i went to pick it up from the store.
Nice staff:) I had a few smoothies there and they were all really good! They have soy milk which is a must for me!
I just ordered a smoothie, Lina who works there was extremely angry and upset for some reason. I watched her from distance throw things around and not placing them like normal people do. She picked a scoop from the sync without washing it first. And used one used dirty spoon to put all other ingredients in. I was genuinely worried if she was okay. Overall very bad experience.
First time I had juices for me and my partner it was great the juices were so full of flavor and ingredients! Second and third (my last) it was an extremely watered down version of what it should be. When asked if I wanted ice I said no but the juice was cold and watery. Thinking more carefully back, they do the main part of the juice behind the counter and then in front of you they put a piece of fruit and mixed it in an other mixer just to fool you.
I find unacceptable the fact that they try to fool you by making the main watery juice in hide and you have to pay 8 dollars for it hence my 1 star.
Had a boost little while ago here. Carrot beetroot ginger celery but it tasted like watered down beetroot juice.
Waited long enough and few workers were under the pump so consumed it in order to not miss movie screening.
I think it’s important to flush the system or something of the like
Quality of my Mango magic was horrible tasted like a banana puree instead of a Mango smoothie. Really surprised me since I had always ordered it in other places and was always left satisfied, but this was complete garbage. Also asked the girl to change it which she did by just blending it a bit more which made it just a little thinner but didn't change it at all. So in the end had quite a bad experience with Chapel streets Boost juice.
When I entered Boost Juice for the 600th time and placed my drink order yet again for the Green Tea Mango Mantra, I knew that I was in fact resting myself on the body of Gaia herself and these machines were mechanisms/extensions of her otherworldly body and the Boost Juice was in fact ethereal extracts of Gaia's body, how strange a location for The Titan of Earth to be resting under Boost Chapel Street but much like mother earth she gives herself willingly to the customers.
They did the thing where they put the things together and blended the thing, and the thing went ding and the drink thing went into the grinch cup thing and I took sippies out of the drink thing and was then quenched of all thirst, but mostly sins. Also thirst, but again - sins, but also thirst. Mostly.
And then I disbarred myself from Gaia and her servants and went about my merry day in Chapel Street, as I do.
10/10 would recommend Green Tea Mango Mantra, ask for Cas. There's no reason to, just ask for Cas.
I read some of the reviews here, I must say I've never had any problems with the service or the beautiful smoothies here
I thought all smoothies and juices where made from fresh fruit, but they are not. Still, delicious!
