The worst kind of service you can get inthe area, might even say bad service is your expertise let someone cut in the line without saying anything and serve him first like nothing even happen, when its my turn to order go pour others juice for pick up and come back after a few minutes? Good one

AVOID! Rude staff with an attitude. Ordered an original magenta mix, and only the 3/5 of the cup was filled. Immediately asked for another one, only to be filled with water and ice. What’s the point of paying for the original to have some extra water and attitude from the service?

Off-putting how the shrink flatiron applies to ingredients so I get mostly Ice instead of my protein boosts

My experience here is 10/10 Jessi was so nice to do my drink at a time that fit me best as I was fasting. She should be acknowledged for her consideration and her kindness a payrise would fit her well.

I ordered a beetroot, celery, carrot and ginger. I received a bitter, orange colored carrot juice (no hint of red color from the beetroot) when politely enquiring about the ingredients the unfriedly young lady told me she couldn't add extra ginger because they ran out and she could add extra beetroot and celery but it wasnt her fault because she didnt make the juice in the first place.interesting that carrots are cheap and ginger is expensive.

Great boost very busy but always manage to get the drinks out fast a great team that work here and great smoothies. Love it

Totally agree the staff are arrogant and rude. One of the girls thinks in terms of her doing the customers a favour. What nonsense. Its commond knowledge that anyone going there to pay their wages is doing those stuck up unprofessional staff a favor. Custoemrs can go anywhere and are not limited to going to pay boost at doncaster do yourself a favor and stay away.

I was quite frustrated the other day because of an arrogant behaviour of one of the staff there and gave a negative review.

To be fair, I have been buying juices regularly and most of the time its a good experience with little observation on the straws dispenser, which needs to be replaced as its not very clean and not working well.

There is one lovely lady with black/brown hair, I think her name is Isabella, who is very attentive, nice and always smiling. Frankly, I keep coming back because of her welcoming attitude towards customers.

Great juice as always. They're really busy but still get the orders out fast. I'm going to shouout Georgia - she helped us out with the ordering machine and she works super fast, absolutely smashing out orders.

A tall guy working today 17/7 is clearly coughing badly while making the drinks. At least he should wear a mask.

Terrible service would not accept cash and the condescending response from worker Lily and manager most disappointing never will go to Boost Juice again. Support small traders instead of these big corporations

Bought 2 boosts, one was a gym junkie and was well made, the other was a smoothie called Eden and it was more like a grass tasting juice

Worst boost experience ever. I was standing in the que for a long when turn comes up they told not accepting $100 notes. But at least there is no board to inform that earlier. Had to wait 15 mins to know that.

I ordered a large sized and a kid's sized pineapple juice. I did not receive juice. What I received could only be described as sour tasting crushed pineapple pulp. It was awful. Never again. Absolutely foul.

Ordered Raspberry Ripe and Strawberry Squiz but both tested like apple juice with yogurt. No Raspberry/ Strawberry whatsoever. Great business- make people pay 16$ for 2 homebrand apple juices. GREED IS TERRIBLE THING:)!

I ordered an original sized juice. After a 15 minute wait 8 other people (who all ordered after me) received their orders. Several more minutes later and the girl calls my name and puts two smaller drinks in front of me. When I told her that I ordered ONE original size she said “we ran out of original cups and put it into two smaller ones”. Every one of those other people had original sizes. Try walking with two drinks. No apologies. Nothing. A terrible experience.

This Boost is always kind and wonderful! Sarah, who serves me fairly regularly, is such a pleasure to talk to and always helps me find the perfect Boost to match my mood! The staff are all very friendly and they manage to make the drinks quickly, no matter how busy it is! I always look forward to grabbing a drink from here when I pop into Westfield!

I would have rated it less that one if possible. This store has the logic that if I order boost from app at their store, they won’t follow the 2 sip guarantee policy. Worst experience ever.
