The team at Booran Suzuki went way beyond to ensure we received our Jimny despite some industry hiccups that were totally out of the control of the dealer. At all Times Raj kept us in the loop and ensured we had the latest information. Delivery was amazing, the car is amazing, and I cannot recommend the entire Booran team highly enough. Most especially, I want to pay a special tribute to Raj, who was able to pull our delivery together, he really was such a great person to deal with. I would definitely buy another car from him!

The car is great. The treatment of the client by the manager and the service manageress leaves a really bad taste in the mouth with regards to the integrity and honesty of the people. I would never buy my future cars there nor will I recommend the place to my network. Will be sending out a memo to all Chinese business members of the Chinese Chamber to give this place a wide berth. Dishonest, cheats without an ounce of integrity and zero care for their clients. In contact with Suzuki Australia and Japan, the ACCC and the ombudman and now A Current Affairs.
