Do not hesitate to have your vehicle serviced at Booran Motors. Con and the team in service looked after my HSV GTS. I had to wait on a part for them to complete my service and they securely stored my vehicle for a week, looking after the car like it was one of their own. The repairs were completed and the car is as good as gold. I will have no hesitation in returning for all my scheduled services for all my cars. Thanks, John

Purchase of the car in November went smoothly, easy to deal with.
Car reared some issues.
Since then it has been to another dealership to have issues resolved who were great to deal with, but no communication from booran service team.
Car got sent to "their guy" as the quote from the other dealer to fix was quite large.

They have had the car just over 2 weeks and the service manager goes on leave for a week and no one on site knew about the car or even where it was.

Poor communication and customer service as I've been the one to chase them for updates on the fix for my car.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Failure to replace a Takata airbag after 4 services despite being told it needed doing, leaving tools under the bonnet and forgetting to reattach a hose, mysteriously suddenly having a known fault one week after a major service, failure to return the vehicle on the day promised because no one bothered to advise it was ready, damaging the spare key fob which was used a handful of times and claiming it was wear and tear and refusing to replace it….

Do I need to say more?

Naturally you have no record of any of the above complaints ever occurring and are claiming once again that I am lying.

What is the point in contacting you? You’ve done nothing so far but call me a liar

Extremely happy with the service received. Staff are extremely helpful and very nice.
This is the second service that my car has had here. SO much better than the previous Kia service Centre in every way.

I had booked in for my car service, and had a phone call to confirm. When I arrived on the day they said that my booking wasn’t confirmed even though I’d spoken to someone on the phone, I’d also called that morning inquiring about my service and they failed to mention it wasn’t confirmed. They were really unhelpful and I certainly won’t be using there services in the future.

Can't recommend these guys enough I dealt with Scott Campbell from the start everything was easy and no hassle I brought a 2019 yellow Kia Rio on the day I picked it up the car was keyed by someone I decided to take it anyway once restrictions were lifted I brought it back and was fixed no questions asked.not your typical carsales guys.go see them if your looking for a good deal and great customer service you wont be sorry

I have been looking for a car for the last 3 months and experienced some awful dealers. Thankfully I came across Sam Innes at Booran Holden Cheltenham, what an absolute gentleman, with the patience of a Saint, Sam took my call everytime I had a question. I also part financed with Booran Cheltenham and have to say Dayle Filliponi was really attentive and helpful. These guys should be rewarded! I will definitely be recommending Booran Cheltenham. Mmy slghtly used Kia Sprtage MY19 was showroom quality, detailled & immaculate. Sam even put a bow on it for my instagram photos. Thank you Sam & Dayle - love your work!

Very rude staff they abuse to there customers I have recall of my car stearing lock when u drive there staff told me they don’t care if die while driving car I don’t recommend this dealership to rude staff

Was able to purchase a vehicle just prior to COVID-19 Stage 4 lock down. Special shout out to Milan who was on the ball at all times during extreme circumstances. Very much over delivered on his promises.

These guys were great! Scott was my salesman and can say him and his team were extremely professional and helpful. Scott was clear and communicative and insured we got exactly what we wanted at a great price. The car was ready after 1 business day from purchase and detailed perfectly without hidden dust or scuff marks like on other cars ive bought.
Very pleased with my new car and if you need help, make sure to ask for Scott.

Just want to thank Frank who was absolutely lovely to deal with, gave such exceptional customer service and even took the time to hop into the car and run through all the new electronics that I was not familiar with, the front desk ladies were just so gorgeous too, so nice to walk into a business and feel really welcomed.
