25With their enourmous collection I actually stumped them! But even though they had no Alistair Maclean, but the place was still awesome for any book lovers and the guy working there was super nice and took the time to help search.
Big book store but unfortunately the prices were not that different from buying them brand new
Such a great bookstore. A bit of everything, and reasonably priced. Loved the art and philosophy selection in particular.
Just an absolutes joy to see it standing there day after day, year after year. Our favourite visit whenever we drop in town. The owner was so lovely despite the Easter crowd.
The quintessential second hand bookstore. Brilliantly categorised, surprisingly diverse and extensive collection of books nestled in the loving embrace of an historic brick building with the world's creakyest floor boards and a proper bookish gallery style mezzanine thingy. I have huge issues extracting myself from this place. Very reasonably priced and their discount section by the front door actually has tons of good books in it.
One of the best bookshops around. Beautiful building, fantastic collection, If you are passionate about books this is the place for you.
There are books galore in this store— fetch yourself a second hand deal. An enduring and well kept second hand book store that is walking distance away from Rosiland park, and Bendigo main area. Parking and toilets are close by.
Proper second hand bookshop. Fabulous art history section, comprehensive classic and contemporary fiction
Bendigo not short of attractions but seriously and in my humble opinion, this is up there. What an amazing treasure trove, I'll be back whenever even roughly in the area. Check it out
Absolutely amazing book shop, Laim is Absolutely fantastic and very helpful helping me find my 2 favourite books. Great price and such an awe when I walked in. Highly recommend
Love this place! When visiting Bendigo it is a lovely experience not to be missed. Buy a book or two or just browse. It is like stepping back in time except the range of books also include recent releases
My friend paid for my book since I couldn't use my card and he gave her a free book. Lovely shop, best vibes ever ️️️️️️️️️️️️
Such a fantastic selection and range in a beautiful building. Prices are very reasonable too, as are their opening days and times.
Really interesting place. Lots of atmosphere. Books literally from floor to ceiling. Great range of s/h books.
My family went there twice during our trip to Bendigo. It is a lovely book store. The owner is very friendly, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended. P. S.the owner can calculate the total price of 15 plus books without a calculator.
Loved it! I live rural NT so we don't have anything like this. Friendly & helpful staff. Great atmosphere. I could have camped there for a week or two
Amazing book store with an incredible amount of interesting photography books just what I was looking for. The store owner was gracious enough to pose for a photo (sorry I did make you look a lot older than you are) I would highly recommend you pay a visit when next in Bendigo allow a few hours.
It must be the biggest second hand book store in Victoria. So many books down there crowded. I believe this is how heaven looks like if there is one. Manager is a nice gentleman with gray hair. He must be as old as the store and maybe twice wise than it.
Absolutely amazing book store. So lovely to have something like this in the heart of Bendigo. So lucky that this is my local bookstore.
