Bonza Wash Laundrette

Bonza Wash is my go-to, regularly, for wash and iron of my shirts. Always reliable, friendly and on time. I endorse them highly.

Vincent and the team are great. The ironing service is exceptional and great value. Lovely family business.

This is my first time using Bonza Wash, I was so surprised by their job and service. I have sent my husband's white shites and suite and my dawn jacket to them and didn't expect they returned to us like as almost brand new result and very good value price - all yellow stains on collar/cuffs have gone. I have tried dry cleaner in my neighborhood but they didn't do that good and more expensive so I thought all dry cleaners are the same but apparently Bonza not. I will definitley use them in the future even though I am not living nearby but they provide pickup/dropoff service and very actively communicated with me by msgs/phone calls which is very convenient to me as a working mum to save a lot of time with my daughter.

I was $2 short for my load of laundry and asked the staff where the closest atm was. One of the staff kindly offered to front me the $2 so I could at least get the wash happening while I went to the atm. Very kind and lovely, asked if I needed help with operating the machines.

With my beloved admitted up the road in the Alfred and short some essentials I needed an A&E Laundry. Nice kind people Bonza did the trick.

I have taken my clothes here many times for ironing, and have never had a problem. They are friendly, helpful, and clothes always ready when requested.

They do a fantastic job and the wash and iron of shirts is excellent. It's also nice to know you're supporting a local family business.

Few days ago I went to them for dry cleaning service. While collecting them I found that the front buttons on my favourite Portmans skirt have lost its colour from the rim and addition scratch marks on them and my newly bought Tommy hilfiger jacket got some stains on them. When asking the reason of discolouration I have been given the answer that they would have lost their color if you will try to wash them in washing machine. That's my point. I gave my favourite and not to mention costly skirt and jacket just to hear that they machine wash them but still charging for the dry cleaning facilities.
What I feel is their service is okay for dresses you won't mind loosing but they are not pros when it comes to high end brands and quality materials. Do not trust them with your branded or loved one items. I am disappointed enough to never go back to them again.

Doesn't even deserve half a star. What a DISGRACE of a place. The staff are extremely rude, i went to clean my duvets and they asked me to come later that evening at 615, i came at 625 which appeared no one was there and it started on the door it closed at 630. I called the number on the front to try and contact someone as i had no covers. Went back the next day and told them (as they had obviously left early and the number i called wasn't picking up) that was bad i couldn't contact someone and knocked on all the doors etc. Then they gave me a bill which they couldn't explain what i was paying for at 45 dollars as i asked for a breakdown of services -just a receipt which i am within my right to do legally as a customer. She said she was giving me a discount but couldn't tell me what i was paying for and began to shout at me. The man was very rude to me and clearly doesn't know how to act around people. I asked him to check the cameras to show what time i was here and you think they would have apologized at the very least. The woman Alina was extremely rude and shouted at me which prompted an argument as i could not believe how i was being spoken too. You need to get some customer service skills. She then put the price up to 50 as she said she did not want to give me a discount. I'm pretty sure you cant just change prices here and there and that pretty illegal not to give me a cost breakdown. Which shows the utter unprofessional-ism and shambles of the place. Informed her i will contact her Boss Vincent who's number is on the door and i hope to hear back from him so i can make a formal complaint against this. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE- DO NOT GO HERE. She didn't even try and rectify the way she had spoken to me even when i told her i will contact her boss and write a review here. I hope your shocking behavior you are happy with as i will never use this service and will tell everyone not too so you have lost a great deal of business from this. The other bad reviews on here clearly show this place shouldn't be running as a business.

They damaged your coloured shirts; they damaged the buttons on the sleeves; they can't do dry clean of pants properly, the pleats are not straight; go only if you want low price; bad!

Friendly lady here happy to explain everything to me. Looks like a busy place. I've read some people had some bad experiences here, but I saw reams of clothes that looked well looked after. $2.80 for a shirt to be ironed, $5 for shorts/pants. She says it's the cheapest in the area.

I have been a happy customer of Bonza Wash Laundrette for almost two years now and honestly cannot fault their service or attention to detail. I generally use them as a business shirt ironing service of which I am consistently happy with the results, but have also had doonas washed and dried by Bonza and have been extremely satisfied. Their service is friendly, professional and affordable. I can highly recommend Bonza Wash Laundrette to look after your much loved garments.

Shocking service. I've had two bad encounters with them. I forgave them after the first time they burnt my shirts and continued to go back as it was convenient for me on my commute to work. They've just ruined 4 of my relatively new $100 each shirts and had the audacity to blame the quality of the shirts and still charge me for washing and ironing them. You'd think after ruining one of them which is clearly visible, they wouldn't continue with the others, however they did. You can get better service elsewhere, with more convenient operating hours, for a better price. Don't waste your time going there.
