I found Bonita after moving from Adelaide about 3 years ago. My first ever phone call with Rana was a proper consultation. She asked me to come in, had a good look at my skin and helped me develop a plan for better skin. She never forced products on me, always respecting where I was at financially and what I could afford. Over the years, the treatment has changed in the different seasons - pregnancy, post pregnancy and she has cared for me so genuinely. Her eyebrow waxing is excellent. Her face sugaring is excellent. Her facials are tailored for your needs. And she's excellent in her honest customer service.

Owner is extremely rude and thinks it’s a privilege that you should come in to her store. No thanks. You can see, any time she gets negative feedback she blames it on the customer instead of accepting what they’re saying.

Booked in with Rana & Dearne for the special 2hr deal for $129 (Facial/ Tropical Water Rain treatment/ Massage) - The treatment was fantastic for two as a mid week treat!
Products used was gentile and skin felt really refreshed and smooth.

I have been there several times. Rana is a very personable lady and experienced in what she does. I have no complaints.

I have had many skin tags appear on my face & neck after my hysterectomy. It was amazing to have them successfully removed & Rana was just excellent. So good to be free of them.

It was my 4th visit yesterday. Rana the owner did my anti aging facial herself which was absolutely incredible! I came in with rough skin and came out with smooth and soft one. Still feel very smooth and happy today. I highly recommend this salon to anyone.

Absolutely Fabulous. I received a massage voucher as a Christmas present from one of my sisters and WOW! Was amaaaaaaaaaazing.will definitely return. This place had the most relaxing atmosphere.and very experienced beauty therapists to give you top line experience like no other. I still feel very peaceful even after a week. 10 out of 10

Do not go to bonita day spa to get your nails done, worst nail job of my life.not filed correctly, uneven nail polish, she cut my fingers, took way too long (almost 2 hours) and I ended up having to re-do them.

When i think about indulging myself, Bonita Day spa comes to my mind. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good advise on products which I will not bypass ever and most of all a time to simply relax and allow the transformation of my skin to take place.
Any family and friends that i referred, were just as happy as I am.

I absolutely love going to Bonita day spa. Whenever my skin becomes unbearable to look at, I book an appointment straight away with Rana. I go there looking dull and walk out feeling relaxed, fresh and clean. I recommend going to Bonita day spa, I will continue going to Bonita spa, as I trust no one other than Rana to treat my skin.

A really great find! Finally a lovely local place to treat your loved ones for a special treat without the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner has a great eye for detail when sculpting brows and over the past years has helped me transform and maintain mine, saving me from my own silly mistakes trying to do them myself. Love the skin care range on stock here, it all smells so good! So many luxury spa services on the menu to try and always a great service with friendly sound advice. Spa treatments bliss! I highly recommend! Will take my husband in for a double couple massage for our anniversary so we can both relax in peace.

Ah relaxing. Rana recommended the Spa Capsule and it was sensational.it was just what I needed.lost in luxury. I'll be back!

I am very Sorry to acknowledged that I've over look your review of concern. I have not been able to contact you due to my own personal family crisis in 2016. I have spoke to the therapist concern and she has decided to resign at the end of 2016 and we have taken this lesson as a very important one. Thank you for your review we have taken action to include your point to our operational policy and procedure and have inducted to all of our therapist and new staff from the start of 2017.
