Massive store, very kind staff …. Very clean store… walked in at 12: 30pm the staff were at the door to great me so pleasant and very professional

I was accused of opening a packet at the store when the packets were already opened. When I told them I did not open this packet, nor did I open the rest of the clearly opened packets on the rack, the man who accused me came half way across the store and told me 'well what are you doing then' - uh, not OPENING a packet? I want to know the size of the item so was looking at the elastic on the top item for a clue. Check the security camera for who opened these packets. Or, more importantly, why don't you actually check the quality of your products on the rack that were opened? Save your time wrongly accusing someone and start looking after customer and looking after your products. He told me that the product is the size I am after, which was good because I was worried they didn't have the size.
My dad tried on the item we bought after we left (the same pack that I was accused of opening) and found out that one of the items out of the packet of three was the wrong size. If only I looked at the one on top, I would've saved my time and money buying a faulty product. Lesson learnt, don't give in to rude service, don't buy an open packet, and never ever let something like this ruin your day. I should've just walked away when the shop assistant accused me. Never coming back to bonds again.

The lovely retail assistant greeting me with a smile and details about promotions, the knowledgeable lady assisting me in the fitting rooms and the very kind guy at the register, made my shopping experience absolutely pleasant. Every single staff member was professional and attentive, unlike some other shops, including luxury ones, where you find staff talking to each other and yawning. I honestly didn’t need anything but ended up purchasing 3 items mainly because of the outstanding customer service provided. Impressive merchandising and spotless store. Thank you Elijah, Avital and apologies for not having the name of the beautiful salesperson who greeted me, for making me feel like a VIP client!

Located in DFO at South Wharf. A good range of Bonds products. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A large store, easy to navigate. Not too crowded. I was able to find some socks and underpants for a family member as a Christmas present. Not entirely sure it is any cheaper to buy goods here rather than say KMart or Big W.

Avital was amazing. This is how customer service should be. Bonds should be proud of employees like her

1 packet of 5 mens bonds undies and 2 packet of 5 mens white socks, total was $61 dollers. Kmart same products $21. Not worth shopping at the bonds store southwharf in Melbourne, simply a rip of for tourists and non English speaking customers.

The changing room was closed. They said that they don't have enough staff. That too on a Saturday. It was annoying.

Always a sale on, plenty of stuff to choose from. Staff are very friendly and quietly efficient.

Well organised store with plenty of stock in a range of styles and sizes. Discounts were ok, but not amazing when we were there in mid January. Men's, Women's and Children's sections. Staff were friendly and service was efficient.

We would just like to thank Carla who served my husband today. She offered him a parking voucher for the DFO carpark which saved us 50% of the fee. This is the first time we have been offered one of these and didn’t know they were available. Thanks it was much appreciated and great customer service. A value add item that means we will most likely be back again.

Great if you find exactly what you're looking for. I'd go here for basics, like t-shirts, socks, underwear, sleep wear and jumpers, but the selection of sports bras isn't great cause my size is always missing: I guess that's an issue at most outlets. Worth a visit if you're looking for basics.

These guys have the BEST customer service, an pricing was fantastic saved $$$ very worth the look.

It is a great place to get some good bargain and most comfortable undergarments I have ever had. I buy for my kids and myself most of these thing only from bonds.

Huge range and excellent pricing. Clothes are excellent - very high quality. Baby gear is the best. However the business incorrectly charged me. When challenged they said there was nothing they could do. Be warned. Great until something goes wrong. Terrible customer service if there is an issue. The business also has a habit of false and misleading advertising - clearly breaching the Competition and Consumer Act - when noticed - acknowledged and continue to do nothing and continue their illegal advertising. Poor business practices.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff is so helpful and friendly. I was very unsure and couldn’t find the right fit and product but the lady here came for rescue and I love what she recommended. Great work you guys!

I was pleasantly suprised with this place. I came in expecting a very small range but they had heaps of different styles. This store also stocks Berlei bras in addition to their standard bonds selection. The lady in the fitting room was very very helpful and knew alot about the range of products they offered, she was also very friendly so shout out to her.
The prices were also pretty good, they had a sale section and a 40% off store wide promotion at the time so it was really handy.

Bonds clothes at normal prices. Keep an eye on the sales as that's where you find the bargains.

Plenty of staff onsite but I waited 3-4 mins at the till for no reason as three staff happily chatted away before finally getting back to work.

The store is well stocked and presented with plenty of items to choose from, along with being well discounted.

Very friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile on their face and ready to assist customers.
