I'm being generous with the rating. Staff always behind the counter and pretty disinterested. Sales are good, otherwise a bit average, should be better for a big outlet store

This Bonds outlet has a good selection of their Bloody Comfy series. You can find heavy, moderate and light days in all sizes and cuts. With a good discount too!

A horrible experience today. I friend and I went in and were browsing when a young woman walked in to drop in her resume. The staff of 5 or 6, which included the security guard were gathered around the front counter chatting amongst themselves, and one staff member accepted the resume. In an amazing display of disgusting behaviour, after the woman left the store a staff member then proceeded to read out personal details from the resume to the rest of the group, details that included her age, previous employers and other countries she’s worked in. In any circumstance this is totally unacceptable and was sickening to witness.

Love this particular Bonds Outlet. For some reason it always seem to have the best deals and clothes that I need to get for my family. Staffs are friendly and store is big with lots of variety. It is also conveniently located on a shopping strip.

Lovely store, definitely worth a visit for a decent discount compared to other stores.

They stock a large collection of Bonds undies/socks, etc.

What a great bargain to be found at this store. A huge range of ladies, mens, kids and babies bonds wear. Today saw a further 40% of marked stock! Amazing discounts! The staff are so helpful and friendly. Fabulous outlet store.

We need to re-write the definition of "outlet" as it implied a great price. There's nothing in this shop you can get at Target cheaper or other stores for that matter! $39 for 2 pairs of mens boxers.cheap. NO. $38 for a pair of cloth shorts.cheap? NO! Tops I bought 2 years ago for $11 are now $17 there. I was there for 15 mins - did not see any great 'bargains' - Pity. I've been a long long term bonds wearer.but many brands are as good or better at cheaper prices

I understand you shouldn’t be able to return socks for hygiene reasons once opened, but when YOUR staff recommend one product over another, then that product won’t even stay on your foot for one step without falling off, you should DEFINATELY offer some sort of compensation! Disgusting bahavior and I won’t be back and make sure no one I know comes back again. Staff shouldn’t recommend inferior products and if they do and they literally won’t stay on a foot it should be a no brainer. Disgusting

I will never buy Bonds anything ever again. Why? Their customer service and return policy is awful and not sensible. I bought the wrong size socks and wanted to return them for the right size. Nope! Because I had opened them (clipped the plastic thingy holding them together). I talked to the Store Manager Pam and she gave me no empathy at all and didn't mind when I said you're losing a lifetime customer over socks! I just left them there and walked out.

Good selection. Unless on sale. You can get better prices at supermarket for regular ranges of bonds undies.
