Ask the staff whether the size fit for me, they said yes, but when I tried it at home and found it too small for me. Come to return it but they said I should return with the tag. If the client is not sure for size why don’t you tell them keeping the tag if the clothes doesn’t fit.

Bought a 3 pack of bonds face masks, the shop assistant explained they were on sale because they had been mislabeled, that they were not Medium Small they were one size fits all.
Paid, opened the pack.they were child size.the assistant said unfortunately they don’t take returns because of hygiene issues so there is nothing she can do!
Very poor experience!

You can not refuse entry to customers that are not wearing a mask. This goes against against DHHS and our basic human rights to trade goods and services. You are clearly discriminating against the disabled and are in violation of the equal opportunity act.

I was refused entry into this store due to not wearing a face mask. I stated I had a medical exemption and required some items for my baby boy. I have suffered mild hypoxia for 11 years, yet I do not feel I need to explain my challenges to anyone. Bonds are clearly discriminating and should have accepted my explanation under the equal opportunities act. Regardless I will never set foot in a bonds store or buy a bonds item again.

The manager was rude and hostile over a simple question, will stick to online shopping from now on with this brand

Great range in store. Definitely take advantage of the sales when they are on. Staff were very helpful
