I have an unusually tall door and I knew installing a security door was going to be challenging. Several other businesses were reluctant to help. However, Bond sent out Terry who rose to the challenge and explained what could be done. My security door is now installed and it looks wonderful (as well as making me feel safe!)

Peter came and fixed the sliding door lock. He did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable. Peter also planed the door in the en suite to make the door lock close properly. 3 young locksmiths (Scott, Mork & Nick) turned up with matching tool trolleys and smiles on there faces! They were all incredibly polite and efficient. Their workman ship was immaculate and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a breath of fresh air to see these young locksmiths all laughing and obviously enjoying their jobs. Cudos to the employers of this business you are killing it!
