Bond Imaging

My studio has used Bond and one another lab since 2003. The service at Bond has always been professional and they will always try and deliver on tight deadlines. The pricing is slightly higher on some products, however the quality of their print run outweighs the cost. Professional photography is after all about delivering a quality product.

I have been using Bond Imaging for the last 10 years. Without doubt they are the most professional, timely, customer focussed supplier we work with. We give them ridiculous deadlines on jobs and they NEVER fail us - 100% customer satisfaction is their goal and they have certainly achieved it with me.

I have been using Bond imaging for about 3 years now and have stuck with them due to the fact that they know what customer service is!

They are super down to earth and ready to help where they can. All this on top of quality printing and products.
They always take care in making sure the prints are packaged properly when shipping to us as well!

I used another lab prior that were always impersonal and sometimes in fact rude. Making the move to Bond imaging was easy decision!

As a Photographer I have been a client of Bond Imaging for 30 years. I have been delighted with the advice, quality and on time delivery that a busy Studio requires. Just recently I sent a series of images to Bond that needed to be printed and mounted quickly before Christmas. On Christmas eve we realised that they needed to be redone for an exhibition the 1st week of January. Mark Smith personally opened the lab during the holiday period to make sure that they were printed and mounted for our deadline. I can not express my gratitude at the professionalism and above the call of duty gesture. Mark you really saved my business bacon. I look forward to another 30 years.
