The staff on duty this morning was very rude. Totally fine to ask me take the bread from the big trolley which just push out from kitchen. When I take it, she is shouting to me and stop me to pick the bread because it should come with 6 in a bag. Can be telling me nicely and I can take 6 with no issue. Bread are fresh and nice but service (only that staff) is worst!

This place needs to be checked out by the health authority. I visited Sunday 2nd April 2023 around 2: 30pm. Their windows were left open so flies were literally flapping about on the breads and doughnuts! I only noticed the bugs at first crawling around the inside of where the breads were (mind you I had a full tray of breads and doughnuts in my hand at the time). I just couldn’t bring myself to buy it and risk my family getting sick so I returned it to one of the many girls who were huddled around the till gossiping. She gave me an angry look as I asked her to take this tray because there were bugs and flies on and all around where you keep them! She didn’t acknowledge it just took the tray from my hands. Disgraceful customer service.

Are you a sweet or savoury person?
Either ways @bonbons_bakery got you covered!

They are present in multiple locations and have an amazing fresh variety of cakes, donuts and savoury bakery items.

We were not able to stop ourself from picking more than we actually needed. But it was all so good.

Do try visiting @bonbons_bakery near you.

I loved their bakery, twisted donuts or the savoury items. I wish they open in Werribee so I go more often.

Staff at this shop have terrible attitude, always look like people are bothering them by shopping there. No hello or thank you. I wouldn’t be supporting their business if there’s another Asian bakery shop near by.

Best cakes ever! They are not out of this world, nothing wow about them to be honest, but they are the only cakes that I can eat fully, cream and icing and all. Not sweet at all. You feel so light after eating. If you are not into super sweet cakes, this is the place to go.

I was walking through the shopping centre, searching for something to satiate the mild rumble of hunger in my stomach.
I saw fruit, sushi, pies and bubble tea, none of these worthy of the 5 dollars I was willing to spend.
After around 4 minutes and 42 seconds of scanning my surroundings for the optimal snack. I saw it.
A French twist cinnamon donut, roughly 22cm in length and 6cm in width, almost sparkling with a golden glow.
I knew then an there without any doubt that I was about to have a life changing experience.
For the low price of $3.40 and after some lovely service I was equipped with the meaning to life.
My first bite and I was greeted with the dazzling sensation of perfectly crispy and delectably soft dough, carefully coated in the exact amount of cinnamon needed to make a grown man cry.
The rest of this feast was a blur as I transcended to heaven and was abruptly sent straight back to reality as soon as I had swallowed my last bite.
I am now empty of all emotions, searching for the feeling of first laying eyes on that donut.
10/10 would recommend.

First time I bought something from this bakery, a large cappuccino. Its a bit strong for my taste and I bought the coffee in the morning & I'm still awake its 4: 09am the next day! I give it another star only cause I didn't feel sleepy in the arvo. Sorry not buying your coffee again if I ever wanna sleep again!

The special occasion cakes have always been great. They always add the right amount of cream to the cake. Furthermore, the cream together with the sponge filling at each bite is not overly heavy or sweet, it's done well.
It would be good if they could offer to write on the cake or ask if you need birthday candles with them.

This is the first time I’ve tried their bread. We bought a hamburger, 2 egg tarts, another 2 kinds of bread. They looked yummy, however, more than half of them tasted not as good as their appearance. We couldn’t finish the hamburger because the “meat” looked crispy but was really soft when I had it and didn’t taste nice.

Love the Cakes and breads. Staff however are unfriendly, even hostile at times. They have even added additional charges like 20c for a bag when I didn't ask for one. And it's not an isolated incident. It's not the 20c, it's principle. Make sure you check your receipt and eftpos amount before tapping away. The only reason we keep going back is because it's the only Bon Bons in our area. 5 stars for the cakes and breads. 0 for customer service.

The only place that will charge you $3 for a packaging box. The cakes are really good but this made me question if I’d ever go back!

I literally saw a fat guy in fishnet stockings walk in, do star jumps and then walk out. Other than that the white bread was nice but they didn’t have sprite.

Worst customer service! Got no knowledge about cakes. Ordered $90 cakes got no happy birthday plate. Asked $5 for it. Can’t write on the cake! No tableware provided! Asked me to go to coles! What’s the point! Taste is below average! No recommendation!

Absolute fantastic food, only wish we had one of these bakeries at home on the NSW Central Coast, food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced, thank you for a high point in what other wise was a horrible visit to a substandard shopping centre, 100/100 for Bonbons bakery

Their donuts are delicious but there isn't as much filling inside, i pretty much finished 1/3 of the donut before i reached the cream part.

Walking past I seen the girl drop bread over the floor. I watched her then pickup off the floor and was very sneaky putting it back. When I confronted her how dirty that is she acting like she don’t understand what I’m talking about
