12Staff are rude and unfriendly regretted spending $48.60 in your shop. Also, not just to me and towards a old man standing besides me just becos he brought a $3.50 bread.
It is a very busy shop, little space outside, inside they have some space.
They could improve in variety for customers.

The cake I bought today, not fresh. I am very disappointed. Please say it, it's not fresh if it's not fresh when asked.
Customer service is their downfall. I was trying to get a few bakery items but the employee decided to tidy up that area at that exact moment.had to wait for her to finish before I could continue.
At the counter, she spoke so fast, I did not understand a word she said. Felt so rushed trying to pay for it too.
Put your attention to the bad review.
Went there to purchase some bread, the staff didn't greet us at all, no smile, no customer service, flat face and impatient voice tone. I'll never step my foot at this place again. One thing to remember that this place is not the only one to get cake/breads & there are other places out there that sells similar items with the better customer service, I think the majority of your staff require an attitude adjustment & need to learn how to smile or your going to lose alot of valuable customers.
Coffee was very cold, told the staff and they topped up with warm water, so the long black became very diluted and not very hot again, just warm. Bad service.
Great coffee and cakes. In our all celebrations I always ordered my cakes from Bonbons Sunshine also a very friendly staff.
Great service each time I come. I enjoy their ice coffee with cream, as well as their sponge cake and breads. Not the cheapest bakery but something different to offer than the usual bakery and quite good overall.
I tried it for the first time last Sat, and I got digestive problem and stomach pain for 2 days.
I went there to buy a cake today and the girls working there just ignored me. They weren’t busy at all. They were just not interested to serve me. After few minutes of standing there I called the girls again to get the cake. Poor customer service. Really disappointed with their attitude.
Where do i start, incorrect signage on cakes, so she charged me 12 dollars, where sign said 3 for 5. I questioned thi s at the tll, and she said no, 3 for 5 on other one, even thou sign was wrong, as we were discussing, an other lady walked aroung to correct sign. Ontop of this, charged my account twice, and told me the bank will fix on monday. These people are incompetent and dodgy.
