Been a customers for many years lots of items purchased there over year, went there for photo copies charged 11.35 for 10 black and white copies as I could not wait 3 hrs as I was just out of and going back in for more chemo beware customer they will take advantage while your sick

Boltons & their staff have been great to deal with for a long time. I recently put them under pressure to deliver a complete new business telephone system with a very short time frame. This was completed on time & we are very happy with the service & after sales support.

We have been using Boltons for about 6 years now to supply our office with everything from stationary to copiers and computers. Their service has been great weather its deliveries or IT support you know they will have you sorted within hours

Our company has been dealing with Boltons for 10 years now and their staff have, over this time been very friendly and helpful, and always willing to go out of their way to assist. They cover our stationary needs, service our printers and provide uniforms for our staff. I would highly recommend Boltons.

Their IT department is useless. Have had them on contract for a while and they have become steadily worse. We are now in the process of engaging another provider and they are going out of their way to make it difficult for our new provider and ourselves to access the hosted emails. Dont seem to care that they are losing our companies business due to very poor customer service. Our owners 16 year old son had to ring their IT department recently to explain to them how to fix an IT problem they had been working on for over a week. Disappointing that a local Bendigo business would treat other local businesses like this.

What an excellent business Bolton's is. I have not once entered their store without being greeted by a professional. They seem to actually care about your experience as a customer and try to find solutions. I have purchased printers, stationary, computer bits and pieces, work clothes. It is the same every time. I keep going back because the staff are friendly, the products are of good quality and it makes me so glad i can support a local business.

The printing team have always gone above and beyond for my business needs. It doesn't matter to them that I am a small business. My jobs are done promptly and at times on the spot. Great service and always a happy customer when I leave.
