I got a mixed souvlaki and it was the worst one I had ever had. No flavour, was very oily and soggy. I couldn’t eat it. Do not recommend this place

Almost gave this place a miss due to the lower rating, but couldn't resist the lure of my holy grail item, the elusive pumpkin cake (ask for salt, not cinnamon sugar if that's the way you like it). It's not my local but now I'll happily drive past much closer, fancier, more highly-rated places (which I always find average at best) to go here: haven't been disappointed with quality or service so far. Chips are top notch, can't resist the decidedly un-fancy vegan dim sims, kid loves the banana fritters but is often left pouting when they're N/A.

They did not know the difference between special flake and ordinary flake. "Ne er heard of it" she said

The meat was undercooked and slimy, made me feel sick. An honest feedback as I have reviewed the place 5 stars in the past for good food.

Great family pack, loads of food for $50.
All cooked well and fresh, very happy.
Very tired decor, faded pictures, and needs a coat of paint. If they closed for a few day's and did a bit of work, it would be a lot better.

Fish N Chips always great.
Steve & Hala work well as a team.
Very busy on certain nights.

Worst chips I've ever had - nothing was cooked right, falafel was dry as hell. Would never go back if you paid me.

Food was nice but shop was unclean. It looked like under the counter hadn't been closed in years and surfaces also needed a good clean. On the positive side the menu has a good selection

I don’t mean to offend or anything, but the food i ordered today was quite undercooked, the dim sims, seafood sticks ect.and the calamari and chips were actually over cooked… and i am now feeling quite sick after eating the food.

Oh my, i phoned to place my order and was told to hang up and do it online, which i did, and payed for it as well. They didn't phone me to tell me it was ready. So i had to assume it was ready, which it was, it was in the
warming section waiting for me. I was given my food, drove home to find i hadn't been given 1/2 of it. I had to go back to be ignored, had them turn their backs to me, and continue cooking. I had to make myself heard, which was embarrassing. Then to be told they had given it it me. That was an out right lie. They embarrassed me, so i had to leave without 1/2of my payed order. We will never go back again.

I bought some chips, calamari and squid it was all undercooked, it tasted like it was old and not fresh. I would rather eat from a trash can than this place.
Throw the foods as I am in a rush travelling….

They hurt my feelings. I'm in walking distance and I love to support local but.after phoning in I was told 15-20 mins. 40 minutes later the fish was great, the potatoe cakes excellent, dimmys great but the chips? Guys, if they're white put them back in the fry. More love for the chips. I'll get over it but make sure you cook the chips. Werd.

Came here on our way to visit a vet specialist. Was just trying to find something quick to eat but turned out the best fish and chip I’ve ever had

Honestly would never go back here the fish was fine not what we asked for but it was ok, The chips were absolutely disgusting I didn’t think chips could be that bad we had to chuck it out, spent almost $50 so very disappointing Especially after vomiting all night

Please take the HSP off your menu if you can't make it properly one of the worst I've had, good fish and chips here though

Always good fish and chips delicious and hot, potato cakes are crispy and not too greasy, followed order notes perfectly 10/10

Ate here last night, dim sims were extremely undercooked.and the chips were the worst i’ve ever had… looking at previous reviews it’s a common theme that people do not like your chips and i can see why.as they are just rough cut potato that is rock hard and inedible.

Typical local communicty shop. Just new here and want to find a quick dinner. The good thing is that they have online ordering and I can order first @ home and then drive her to pick up. Perfect and no waiting time needed. Like that

Tasty and crispy chips. The only disappointment is they put a load of salt on everything, even after requesting none and them confirming the order with none. And that's a pretty big disappointment

Terrible, stale and lard tasting food. First time and last time. I would have attached a photo but I threw the $37 worth of food in the bin.
