The nurses are very nice. But they have about 4 different nurses and the nurses are not on the same page.one nurse says do it this way and another says do it another way causing confusion to patient and one time the incorrect dose was nearly administered but i was there to catch the mistake and they always turn up 1hr to 2hrs late.

Bolton Clarke nurses came on a regular basis for several weeks to support my mother. We were delighted with their service. The Bolton Clarke customer service operators were wonderful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. When seeking a provider for our package they sent their rep around promising the WORLD. A cleaner, in home respite, a gardener, a GPS tracker for the wanderer etc etc etc. In the following months they delivered less than a tenth of what they promised, despite regular prompts and demands. Eventually the patient ended up in care and $12000+ unused funding was returned to the Gov. Meanwhile Bolton Clarke pocketed THOUSANDS for the so called ‘management’ of the package. Absolutely pathetic and such a disappointing and disheartening experience for the carer, who was now not only dealing with the grief of losing a partner, but also the disappointment of receiving none of the support promised. The windows are still dirty and the grass is still long. AVOID. DO NOT ALLOW BOLTON CLARK TO MANAGE YOUR CARER’S PACKAGE.

Hi we have had the most outstanding care from Bolton Clarke
We are having stoma nurses come 3x a week for my mom they are all lovely, knowledgeable and just amazing cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you Bolton Clarke.

Nice people who refused to come out to an elderly post stroke lady at home paralysed without speech and with a permanent indwelling catheter that was blocked and leaking all over the bed. Just about says it all.
