Boltmasters Melbourne

Iv been to most local bolt stores and none of them focus much on their customers its all about numbers and they didnt have the patients to solve my bolt issue. When I came to boltmasters they were amazing great customer service problems solvers great team and I was happy.thats the place for me.

My initial dispatch of bolts did not get delivered.
As soon as i alerted Bolt masters to this, they immediately dispatched another order that arrived the next day.
It is rare to get such a quick response, even though the issue was not theirs.
I'd happily recommend and use this company again

After being completely disregarded by numerous other suppliers I was lucky to stumble onto this company. They are adhering to government regulations and I was able to complete my job after picking up the fasteners required. I'd highly recommend them if you are in the western suburbs.

Go here for all my bolt needs for my race car and they do not disappoint. Stocking a large amount of products and great service, they have now provided me with 70% of the bolts on my car and in my garage.

A very young lady over the counter served me. Not knowledgeable and rude, she informed me that they don't stock what I wanted, I insisted that she double check with senior staff, and I was right as they did stock two variants of what I needed. Not fair to give 1 star as it's a good store.

Needed 28, M16 X 40 gal bolts and was very happy with the stock, service and price. Will be back again in the future

These guys are great. I needed a few small nuts and bolts and they were only too happy to go to the trouble of ensuring I got exactly what I needed. Fantastic price too. No minimum charge and looooong wait like a City bolt dealer. I could not have completed my task without their assistance. This type of customer service is rare these days.

These guys saved me a fortune by helping me replace the bolts in my Peugoet for slightly longer ones!
Saved me 1000.00s of dollar's as Peugoet want to replace the whole top part of my engine because the original bolts were threaded.

Just went to Boltmasters for a couple of bolts for my car. The workers were really helpful and pleasant to work with finding the right bolt to fit.
