Do not deal with this company. They might be all smiles prior to purchase but their courtesy ends there. We tried for over six months to get them to repair a treadmill they sold us. Also dealing with the owner, Martin Cowling, is like wrangling a toddler having a tantrum.

I am personally surprised by some of the reviews here. Although I only corresponded with Martin and colleagues via e-mail, he and the team at BodyTastic were responsive, patient, and professional to deal with.

I visited his showroom to see their gym equipment and Martin was very helpful, explaining the way his equipment works; he took his time to show me around the showroom and in the end I bought two pieces; i took one with me and the other was delivered the following day. I did have a small issue, rang Martin, and within two hours the service person turned up and resolved the issue.
Great after sales services, very happy to recommend his gym equipment. Thank you, Martin and your team.

I bought a versaclimber from Martin and his team. Its honestly the best cardio workout I have ever had. ITS AMAZING. I have recommended the versaclimber and BodyTastic to everyone I know. Everything about the versaclimber and BodyTastic is 100%. Mike you came to set it up was amazing and nothing was to much trouble. Buy one its worth every cent, my whole family is is using it.

Fantastic company i could not recommend them more highly.i have driven past the BodyTastic Showroom in Vermont hundreds of times and happened to have some time up my sleeve so i popped in.
I met Marty and he showed me around the products.
They have an amazing range from Cardio, strength equipment to crossfit.
I'm looking to expand on my home gym and Marty was so knowledgeable he really listened to what im trying to achieve, I bought some dumbbells from him there and then (at a great price i might add).
I will 100% be going back there.

The owner of this company is absolutely disgusting. I have never been spoken to the way Marty the owner spoke to me in all my years of business.

I have dealt with Martin and the team at BodyTastic for many years. They are a professional organisation who go above and beyond especially with after sales service. Although we all wish things wouldn't break, the reality is when things do you want a company who'll stand behind their products. Rarely have we had to call on them however when needed they back up their brands. Highly recommended
