Nice place, cosy and clean, I was very well looked after when I arrived, lots of girls to choose from. Unfortunately, the girl I picked (Nadia) was rude, had me waiting in the room for 10mins before starting, was rushing, left the room in the midddle of it, finished 10min early.worst experience ever.

Usually have nothing but good things to say about this establishment and it's staff Until the way I was treated last night by that "awkwardly in your personal space customer service" person who often hangs around reception. Sometimes when you go there is this blonde lady who kind of welcomes you as if you just walked into a Commonwealth bank branch. I have been coming here and seeing the girls for years now and last night was the first time my appointment when over the scheduled time. When I arrived for the appointment the girl I decided to spend time with hadnt had a chance to eat anything for dinner. So being the gentleman that I am and showing upmost kindness to my fellow human beings I gave her the ok to eat some food before or even during my appointment. For whatever reason I lost track of time during the appointment and went over my allotted slot. I got down stairs to the person at reception who told me " you owe the house technically $100 for that extra time you took".
I replied that I had always been very fair, kind and laid back with the girls there.and this is a one off.
She replied that I'dbe allowed to get away with it "this time". Like I'm a scammer. That one decision to walk up to someone who has visited numerous times, and recommended Bodyline highly to friends and colleagues alike, was the least professional thing she could do. Here's a piece of advice. Try treating customers with a bit of respect. In an industry where respectful people are scarce, try and hang onto the good ones that treat your staff like human beings.
Something about this "welcome door lady" has always been off to me and many people have said she makes them uncomfortable when they enter.this just left a real sour taste in my mouth. A real shame as they have lost a loyal customer because of the attitude of one bad egg.

Have always had a good experience but was sadly disappointed last night. I would expect the staff to be very good at providing the kinds of massage services that they do.

Don't know if I'll be back. Shame to spend so much and not really know if you're going to have a good time.

Rudest girls ever, wont answer to your any question and will ask to book a girl first and then ask questions in private.
Went to receptionist and she said that correct first pat and then ask girl what she offers.

Very rushed service, time watchers, receptionists normally very rude and make u feel uncomfortable.
U book a 30 min sessionand its normally 23 mins yet you pay 140.00! U should get value what u pay specially 140.00.

Should be competitive with pricing same place number 100 in Collingwood charge less not including extras though but 15 min there is for 89 while 30 is 100

I have been to so many massage places and went to Bodyline after a friend told me about it. I really didn’t know what to expect. The receptionist was very helpful, I was so surprised how many ladies I meet. I couldn’t decide who to pick. I ended up booking a really hot blonde with a beaut body. When I got into the room she offered me extras.so I said yes then was asked to have a shower.she came back and gave me the best massage and I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this place if you want more than just a massage

Some of the girls are lovely looking however I have to agree that their pricing is off the mark. For what they expect ($160 including extras) you can get a full service at other places.
I've had a couple of good experiences but a couple of very inexperienced ladies, who frankly put me off.

2 stars for my dear Riley (ebony). I'm really disappointed. I've been there before 4 times Kylie was my 5th. I would love to give 5 stars to all the other girls. Great place everything is great.
