I came to see Ren because she was highly recommended by a family member who insisted that Ren was lovely and very good at her job. I didn't have any expectations about what the service would be like other than I would walk out feeling relaxed after a massage.

Ren's business operates out of a home which I didn't realize I'd love. There's plenty of parking on a quiet street. The entrance is private, welcoming and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Such a welcome contrast from the bustle of the CBD. Her office is bright and open, which suits the professional approach to her work.

We reviewed my medical history and Ren considered all of the information I shared seriously. Often medical history reviews at the beginning of appointments feel like a formality - Here with Ren, she listened carefully and asked questions to understand how I had worked with physiotherapists and other specialists in the past.

My concerns are longstanding and I've heard multiple perspectives about how I could "fix" my movement issues over the years. Ren reviewed each of these perspectives with me and took the time to explain why (or why not) certain therapies had worked in the past.

If you're someone looking to have your concerns reviewed with a clear and open mind, Ren is the right therapist for you. I left with practical solutions that I can realistically incorporate into my lifestyle, along with recommendations for other health professionals I can see to get the support I need. And yes, the massage was wonderful too!

Great place to get a massage and unwind.
Ren has extensive knowledge about the tendons and which muscles are tight. I go to her if I have an injury or when I'm feeling stiff and it always does the trick.

Very welcoming and kind with a lovely comfortable place and really knows what she is doing!
