I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible experience I had with Phanos holistic therapist at Body Wise Wellness who played a crucial role in my journey towards healing from cancer. His expertise and genuine care guided me towards a path of optimal health and well-being. From the very first session, I felt his dedication and passion to help me overcome the challenges I faced.

Just wanted to say how grateful I am for Phanos and Vanessa at Body wise.
During covid I didnt take care of my body as much as I hoped and they are helping me with my journey to healing my body from the inside to out.
This is my first time that I ever tried a Nautropath and accupanture, Phanos has been very informative and after I left my first consultion I was put at ease with the solutions and steps he had for me for my journey.
Would highly reccomend the team at body wise and I'm so glad I made the choice to put me first.

Phanos and Vanessa are compassionate, wonderful people. They absolutely care and want help people with their health concerns. I can feel their empathy and warmth every visit.

I was highly stresses and my Type 2 diabetes was dangerously out of control. I had a blood glucose reading of 22.7 when I first saw Phanos in September 2020. I was prescribed extra medication and was on the verge of starting insulin injections.

Phanos guided me on a journey towards treating the root cause (s) of my issues - not just the symptoms. He focussed on improving the functions of my spleen, liver and pancreas.

I am now nearly 10 kg lighter. My glucose readings are in check and I have been totally off all prescribed diabetes medication since December 1,2020. I have also ditched the prescribed anti-depressants I have been on for over 5 years and coping really well.

I absolutely feel that Phanos has prolonged my life expectancy and quality of my life. Thank you Phanos

My first expereince with the Body Wise clinic was as a concerned parent taking thier child to get some answers. Hi have been attending body wise clinic for the past 3 months and I can defiantly guarantee you it works, one of my biggest issues was my anxiety, I now don’t feel anxious anymore with their help they have given me.
