First time ear piercing for.my daughter. The staff were professional and charming. From introducing themselves to talking to us before and after the piercing. My daughter was extremely happy and so was I. Well managed, priced and professional service.

My friend and I both came in for piercings and were left very satisfied! I forget the piercers name but she was very patient with both of us and made us feel really comfortable. She was also extremely knowledgeable. Favourite location out of all 3. Will be back for more soon!

I had such an awesome experience with this place. I had a very angry helix piercing (pierced elsewhere!) and they fit me in, last minute, to remove the piercing - and didn’t even charge me. The piercer was very kind and seemed to know their stuff.

Walked in for a consultation for lobe piercings. It went by very professionally and they also gave me really good advice on up sizing my current septal piercing. The entire procedure was quick, clean and hygienic. Highly recommended!

Recently had my ear pierced by Teren at this location. I was a walk-in and very lucky to be able to get pierced on same day, as the place was packed when I walked out. Teren was knowledgeable, personable and is amazing at piercing. I have had absolutely no issues since and love the earring I chose. Recommend this place highly. Also shout out to Blake who was also friendly and knowledgeable. Price was great, lovely assortment of earrings, and the place is extremely clean. Will definitely go back.

Had my tongue piercing changed over yesterday. I was really nervous. The team at body vision were super comforting and supportive. Really good price for the jewellery and service I received. Browsing the store I have never seen such beautiful jewellery and the store itself was really clean and sanitary. Would 110% recommend thank you

I went to the shop in smith st.earlier today and got my first ever piercings, both ear lobes. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and the staff are all super professional and extremely nice. I got to pick out my jewellery and paid before going into a room further back into the store. The piercing was almost painless and done really professionally and was very clean. The piercing itself was over in no time and the staff really calmed me before the piercing and made me feel safe as well as answered my questions after the piercing. Thank you for making this such a painless experience! Will be back and would definitely recommend:)
