I had an ongoing tendon issue. Upon seeing John his expert advice, and ability to treat my injury and navigate through my issue has been fantastic.

He has been able to get me back to playing soccer ahead of schedule whilst helping me with an exercise / rehab program. I would strongly recommend body tune and John to anyone with a injury

John is fantastic and super knowledgable! Since seeing John I have noticed an improvement in the shoulder and back pain I was experiencing due to sitting at a desk full time. I went to Body Tune to visit John for some advice on some small injuries and strength and condition.

John did a thorough assessment and testing to find my imbalances in my body. The sessions included treatment, stretching and strength exercises. After we improved my movement capabilities, John provided me with a strength and conditioning program and after a few sessions I experienced huge changes in my performance.

I highly recommend John and the Body Tune team over anyone else.

Can't recommend the team at Body Tune enough! I have suffered from chronic knee and shoulder pain for a number of years and it wasn't until John started treating me and providing me with quick and easy home excercises that it started to disappear. Only 6 weeks since my first treatment and my knee ache has gone even when playing basketball. Also I'm lifting heavier then ever above my shoulders in the gym. Thank you so much John!

Amazing. After 5 years on chronic hip pain from an old injury, BT were able to correct my hip placement after one session. I still have some way to go for full recovery but already can notice about 75% difference.
