Body and Health Creation are fantastic! Tom Blake is who I see and he has certainly assisted me with my long term back and hip problem. Direct, succinct and yet mindful of 'age capabilities' Tom has helped me see what I need to do to improve my situation with my back.
Good facilities, clean and modern and a toilet to change into shorts or skins for the appointment just down the hall.
Highly recommended.
