Really enjoyed the whole experience and valuable information that we gained from having the Dexa scan. This really helps us target our training and our overall fitness and health. Tony is full of knowledge and we will be coming back next January to see how we are progressing or regressing?

As all the other reviews here have said, Tony is a one-man show, and an absolute star. Knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel good about my progress and trajectory.

I do have a small feedback, as I think the "waiting room" needs a small table and plant or something. Thankfully the wait was short.

I'm excited to get rescanned in 6 months and see my progress. Moreover, I would highly recommend the service to any of my friends. If you're on the fence, you definately should see Tony.

Great service that I highly recommend for anyone struggling with weight loss. Unfortunately, there aren't many places like this in Victoria so utlise it while you can. I now know exactly how much I burn a day so i can tailor my diet to a specific plan.if you are a beginner, I highly recommend a body recomposition scan and a resting metabolic rate test with consultation/discussion.

There are many outdated DEXA machines out there with inaccurate results, so be careful. Body Dexa fit is very accurate with new software. Great service and Tony is very informative and motivating.

Fantastic experience! A wealth of knowledge gained from it. Really recommend it as a baseline for anyone starting a metabolic journey or Keto journey.

I had been following a Keto diet with high fat and protein and low carbs hoping it would help me lose my covid kilos without going hungry. All it did was help me put on more weight.
After receiving the results of my DEXA scan and MyDNA health results, I changed my diet and have lost 2 kilos in a month. The DNA results showed I have a gene that makes storing fat really easy and using it really hard!
The MyDNA plan recommended a diet of low fat, high carbs (for energy) and protein (to stop me from snacking all day which my genes proved I am prone to do). I find this diet comes naturally to me without any real effort.
The MyDNA results also highlighted my propensity to crave high fat and sugary foods, aka chocolate. Although I already knew this as I've been a chocoholic all my life, getting it confirmed at a biological level seems to have helped me manage it better.
The DEXA scan also provided enormous benefit because it gave me peace of mind that the extra fat wasn't visceral and that my bones were in good shape. I combined this information with the MyDNA information on vitamins which showed I have a gene that makes iron and calcium absorption problematic. Again this confirmed a life long history of iron deficiency.
The DEXA and MyDNA reports are full of really useful information that can be actioned. I am now using the results of the DNA vitamin report to discuss my blood results with my GP. Although my results sometimes come back as within the 'normal' range, the DNA report has indicated that I might need to be above this range for optimal health.
This has really helped assess the supplements I need to focus on rather than taking a scattergun approach and wasting money on things that aren't needed.
I highly recommend anyone who is wanting to improve their health and manage their weight to undertake a DEXA scan and do the MyDNA test. It's definitely been worth the time and expense for me
