The customer service is incredible. (Especially Joanne) She always follows up with how you're going. She's happy and able to answer any and all questions you may have. The service worked really well for me.

Just had my milestone appointment and could not be happier! Joanne has been so sweet and informative, and has made my experience at Body Catalyst very enjoyable. It can be a bit scary being confronted by photos pointing out areas of concern on your body, however, across all my sessions, Joanne has made sure that I am comfortable and that I leave my appointments happy:) she’s such an asset to the Melbourne Central team x

Such a wonderful place! Not only am I seeing seriously great results from treatment, but the staff - Jess, Michelle, Joanne, Caitlyn, and everyone else - are the best. They're extremely knowledgeable and professional while also being so friendly and supportive. They've helped me feel totally relaxed throughout the process and I just know I'm in excellent hands. The space itself is lovely and clean with a nice ambience. I can't recommend Body Catalyst enough!

Great facilities and lovely staff here. Have tried cyro, cavitation and Tesla treatments here, and the results are amazing! The support you get in your journey is the best part of the experience here. I had a wonderful experience at the Body Catalyst, Melbourne Central. I had gone in for Cavitation and Tesla former for my abs. With 10 sessions package of each I could see a 3 to 4 cms reduction at my waist and lower belly. I was quiet satisfied with the results.
What needs special mentions is the friendliness and service oriented approach of staff there especially Olivia and Jessica who attended to my sessions. They made me very comfortable and listened and acted on my concerns and feedback and where very proactive. By the end of my package it felt like I had gained 2 friends and was sad to say bye. I will definitely revisit next time I need a beauty service.

So as a middle aged man I was more than a little sceptical but fat freezing works! I had one session on my lower abs and basically lost my middle aged spread within weeks. My therapist Joanne was professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is an asset to the business. Highly recommend Joanne and Body Catalyst to solve the problem areas that the gym can’t seem to reach! And the photos are genuinely me

Amazing staff, everyone is so welcoming personable, and professional at BC. Always a big smile, friendly chat and a yummy cup of tea! The 12 month membership is great value, and the birthday voucher of $1000 is a much appreciated plus! The complimentary treatments and products are also very generous.
Convenient location, great space, warm and clean and they even welcomed our new tiny puppies in a pram, for hugs all round! Nothing is too much trouble at BC.
It’s always a lovely relaxing, and productive experience with the BC family, I look forward to my visit weekly or monthly to suit my schedule. They are always happy and prompt to accommodate and assist with rebooking even at the last minute if life interrupts the joys of pampering oneself! There is no doubt that staff members at this clinic are just amazing, very friendly and explain all the procedure for fat freezing. However, I am leaving one star only for the “results “ which I have never seen! I paid ~5000$ for two areas to be done but never felt any difference! Unfortunately, all the reviews here are about the day of getting whatever treatment done but none on the long term results. Don’t waste your money and better go for a personal trainer instead. I have lost 6 kilos and yet neither my lower abdomen/ arms were looking different.

Fantastic. The knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. Olivia and the other staff are truly amazing at understanding what improvements you want and how to get you there. I was very not confident in myself/physical appearance and Olivia/Body Catalyst was able to shape negative self image into a positive one. I had the Fat Freezing and Tesla and would also recommend the Skin-Perfusion

I really enjoyed my experience at the clinic. Friendly and informative staff. They walked me through the process of fat reduction and benefits of fat freezing. They were helpful in providing measurements and tracking my results.

Had my fat freezing and Tesla done at Body Catalyst in Melbourne Central. Olivia was the best. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. The area I wanted to focus on for fat freezing was my lower abdomen. Felt a bit of pinch at the start but it was tolerable for me. Olivia guided me throughout the process, which was great. I also got Tesla after my fat freezing session which can help further with breaking down the frozen fat cells.

Overall, the experience was amazing and i felt relaxed watching love is blind on Netflix. Would definitely recommend Body Catalyst and book in for Olivia.

I was originally impressed by their introduction/first consult, soon realised they poorly train young women who don’t have experience for following appointments. I was burnt by the RF from one young inexperienced staff member, and they try and use small applicators in other treatments so you come back more and pay $ when they could have used larger applicators to focus on larger areas of your body. I spent thousands, and it didn’t work ~ customers beware!

All I can say is that the service here is by far the best I have received in any clinic. Everything was perfect, my appointment was on time, the staff were nothing but kind, understanding and professional, the clinic itself was clean and the quality of their products and services is beyond anywhere else. I cannot wait to come back and enjoy some more 'me time, ' it was such a relaxing experience coming here.
