I would absolutely, unequivocably recommend Fathma Nachiar not only as a myotherapist / remedial therapist but as someone who goes above and beyond in ALL areas.
I have seen Fathma both personally and worked with her professionally, and I never recommend anyone else. A number of clients have had an issue so complex and previously unnoticed by other experts, and it was only until they saw her that they got some insight into the true nature of the issue and saw a resolution.
She does not just do "massage, " she is a scholar of the human body, always willing to learn, always willing to get to understand the factors which are at play a little deeper, and has such a tender approach to the wellbeing of her clients. Do not bother seeing anyone else!

Great place, great vibe, and definitely best bang for your buck around. I've had remedial massages with both Andrew and Yashani and highly recommend them both. They have an incredible depth of knowledge and skill and I've always come out feeling amazing physically and mentally. I also noticed that they've increased hygienic practices due to COVID which helps put the mind at ease.

Whatever your needs, Body Balance has you covered. I have seen six of the practitioners for varying complaints (mostly recovering from or avoiding injuries, but once for relaxation). Every time I have left fweling better than when I areived. Clean premises, excellent communication and knowledgeable staff. Thanks Body Balance team!

Simply WOW! Had a 60 minute massage with Eugenia and honestly have never received such a personalised and professional experience. Eugenia was so kind and welcoming, and really took the time to explain her process and make sure I was comfortable. The place is lovely and calming, everything you could ask for - from the warm towels, cooling sensation oil, relaxing aroma and music.considering its location, it manages to remain very serene and quiet!
I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with both Eugenia and the centre. Thank you so much for providing me with not only incredible service, but providing me with bountiful amounts of knowledge regarding how our muscles work, and how to better our bodies. She was so knowledgeable and professional, the insights were so intriguing!

A beautiful space and super friendly team at Body Balance Wellness. I came in with weeks of pain and discomfort in my left neck and shoulder that was limiting my everyday mobility and fitness training. Andrew provided me with a blissful 60 minutes of personalised remedial massage therapy. Andrew spent time analysing and understanding my concerns and throughout the session, explained the reasons behind his technique and the therapy he was providing. 3 days since my massage, I no longer suffer from the severe ache and discomfort and have felt so great at training!
