I had a message at body and balance shop very friendly staff and good massages skill I was feeling great after the massage and had no pain after massage I am highly recommend this place.

I have been coming here for 5 years.the staff are amazing.i always feel100% satisfied and I leave always feeling brand new ️. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible?

Had a really nice hot stone relaxation massage! Its a very clean place, very welcoming staff. Would highly recommend these guys definitely coming back here again.

I love coming to this massage place, the people are always friendly and the massages are great.
However I went on Tuesday for a massage,
A massage is for relaxing and peace and quiet but it was very frustrating trying to relax while the 2 massage ladies talked loudly to each other while me and another client were trying to relax in the chairs.
It would be great if you could ask the staff to whisper if they need to talk to each other and respect the clients that come to have a relaxing massage.

I had a sore shoulder and went for a massage. It helps alot and i feel better. The massager is very good and very knowledgeable.

I went in to Body & Balance for a neck and shoulder massage, as I had a stiff, sore neck and shoulder.
The masseuse did a excellent job in helping my pains. I was given a comfy couch to sit in, while my painful should was worked on. It was painful, but exactly what was needed.
My stiff neck and shoulder is so much better today!

I had it today and i am very satisfied. I had sciatic and lower back pain massage.love the hot oil and stone used. I requested for female therapist and they are understanding. At the end of the massage, she put a warm towel behind my back. Seriously i feel better and the best.

The team at Body Balance Parkmore are amazing. I've been too a lot of these types of massage places throughout Melbourne and I have to say that the team at body balance are amazing if not the best. The massages I get are consistently great regardless of who does them and they are such friendly people who genuinely appreciate their return clients. Keep up the good work guys. You've got a loyal couple here.

Can't fault any of their staff - I'm always listened to, and made to feel very welcome in their shop. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and the massages are brilliant, to say the least! Definitely my first choice for massage any day of the week.
