I have had the privilege of being a part of and attending this recovery centre for the past 6-7 years, even before they launched the Tullamarine branch and I can honestly say that it was a life-changing experience. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by a team of caring and supportive staff who make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The facility itself is beautiful and serene, with peaceful surroundings that promote a sense of calm and well-being.

The services and therapies offered at this centre are top-notch. One would be impressed by the range of services available, including individual therapy, chiropractic, podiatrist, cryo chamber and cryo penguin which are my personal favourite, infrared sauna, altitude training room, floating pod and much more. Every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me achieve my recovery goals.

But what really stood out to me about this center was the sense of community that permeates throughout. I met other clients who were on their own recovery journeys, and we supported each other through the ups and downs. Dr. Albert Huynh and Tony xenon have been a pillar of my rehab and recovery since day one and have helped me stay on track to achieve my goals.

Overall, I cannot recommend this recovery center enough. If you or a loved one is struggling with an injury or even mental health issues, this is the place to be. The care and support you'll receive here are truly exceptional, and you'll leave feeling stronger, healthier, and more empowered than ever before. Five stars, all the way!

Massage therapy is amazing and sauna

The place is amazing, the staff are lovely. The arctic chamber was an experience, my body wasnt a fan haha. My husband said it was good but you have to try it out to really see what you think! 3 mins and you get to choose your temp by beginner, intermediate and advanced. $90 for the one session. Enjoy

Had my first ever therapeutic massage/treatment and it could not have been a better experience. John was professional, knowledgeable & extremely thorough whilst remaining extremely warm & personable. Can't wait to return and have already recommended the business to anyone who will listen.

Finally found a place that actually helped me, the guys here are great, they helped my lower back pain and gave really good advice on how to prevent it happening again. The amenities here are awesome, and the cryotherapy is definitely an amazing experience and a great help, also had cupping, dry needling and chiro and i feel amazing. Shout out to all the guys especially Jason. Highly recommend!

Best in the west i see Mark U for Myotherapy and he very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve also tried Cryotherapy which is Amazing.
Highly recommend Body Align for any recovery preventative maintenance as i still go in when i’m training hard and without any major pain/issues.

Staff are friendly, welcoming and very professional. I find the facilities of a very high standard from the treatment beds, to the High Altitude room and Float Tank.

Extremely friendly staff. The center offers a lot of health related services. I tried the float tanks and all was good. The only draw back was that there was nowhere to dry my hair afterwards, but I was told that they are working on it and that there will be a room soon.

Marks skill to address injuries has been extremely impressive. I've been getting remedial with Mark for a little over 10 months now. Really satisfied with what he has been able to do regarding my injuries and postural imbalances.
Staff are also really friendly and a wonderful atmosphere to be apart of
