Attended the clinic while on holidays,
Had two treatment's by Kaylee the treatment she did with her hands along with silicon cupping was very professional and money well spent. I have tried many different types of body therapy’s for back problems over the years, Kaylee knowledge and technique wins hands down.

I came here for the first time today and it was such a great experience! Super friendly staff and a beautiful space. Lauren was incredible and I felt so much better after my remedial massage session, I will absolutely be coming back

I love this place! Everyone is incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating. Nicole has been treating me for a while with myotherapy and has been incredible at helping my various aches and pains - she's a wonderful therapist, so kind and knowledgeable and I love how she works with so many different techniques to improve overall health. My experience at Body Align was tremendous. The space is comforting and open, it gives you a sense of relaxation the moment you walk through the door. My massage was incredible, Kaylee gave me the perfect combination of relaxing and remedial that I asked for. I will definitely be back and can’t wait for my next appointment.

I saw Carissa last Wednesday for acute inflammation in my lower back. The pain was so bad I struggled with my daily routine for 3-4 days. It was a 10/10 for pain. I took Carissa’s advice and iced the inflamed area until it was safe enough to start applying heat and have another Myotherapy treatment. Carissa recommended an infrared sauna at some point in-between my myo visits. Body Align Myotherapy & Massage now offer infrared saunas as a therapy to compliment the hands on treatment. By the time I had my sauna my pain had only dropped to an 8/10. I had a 30 minute sauna with the lights set to heal inflammation. I felt really good right after the sauna in all aspects of my physical and mental wellbeing. It was the next day that I noticed that my pain had dropped to a 1-2/10 and that I could bend over, get in and out of the car and do my usual daily things! I couldn’t believe it! When I saw Carissa for my follow up Myotherapy appointment my pain was at a point where she could give me a full Myotherapy treatment, massage, dry needling and cupping. I’m so impressed with the sauna at BAMM. Everything is set up for you and when you are finished there’s a beautiful array of lovely smelling natural lotions and mists you can lather your body with. This is my first experience with infrared sauna treatment. I will be adding this healing modality to compliment my Myotherapy treatments. The benefits are just amazing!

I had my first appointment with Lynette who was absolutely wonderful - she listened to all of my concerns, was able to alleviate a lot of my pain even after one session and made sure that I had stretches to do at home to manage my pain in the interim between appointments. Highly recommend!

Body Align is the best Myotherapy place! We have been going for over 14 years and always had the best experience. The team is highly professional and very well trained. I always remember what Carissa (the owner) said to me on my first meeting: “You do not have to live with pain” And she is right. If you want to change your life, go and try them out! Lynette is an attentive and caring myotherapist - I am glad I found her! She is friendly, pays close attention to detail and I feel like she is invested in my recovery. The space is lovely and there are lots of small touches to make things comfortable.

Also have started using the new Infrared Sauna they installed! Absolutely amazing! I love that it includes LED light therapy and the room is like a tropical getaway!

I've been seeing Morgen for a while now for my back pain and she not only is the nicest person ever but she works absolute magic on my sore and broken body. I always leave feeling a million dollars and I'll never go anywhere else. She knows what's she's doing and she's a genuinely lovely human. Highly recommend!

Morgen is an amazing masseuse, she listens to your concerns and addresses specific areas that you would like her to pay attention to, is always professional kind and caring. Over the years I have had many massages but Morgen is one of the best and would highly recommend her. The space is quite calming and relaxing, all staff are professional and courteous.

Highly recommend Carissa, Lynette and the team at Body Align Myotherapy! I have had great results with them over many years now when intermittent back / neck issues crop up. Their premises are lovely and relaxing and I always walk away feel well looked after.

Lynette is able to build a rapport with her clients whilst providing clear guidance and instructions. I was most impressed by her client outreach when I had not visited for a period of time, she really cares about her clients.
