Bob was absolutely fantastic at fixing my laptop. He was professional and kept me up to date continuously with my issue. Bob was very honest and direct and I felt extremely comfortable with his advise as I had other technicians giving me some advice which I didn’t feel was the right choice to make and was quite a rip off (especially as I have no idea about computers!). I’m so glad I came across Bob after not being satisfied with the information from others. Bob was very reasonably priced and extremely helpful at the same time. He fixed my laptop in a timely manner and saved me so much money from purchasing a new laptop! Nothing was an issue for him. I had a problem after that I couldn’t seem to resolve myself, so he fixed the laptop for me remotely, and once again wasn’t an issue for Bob, he fixed it right away and guided me through it in case future errors were to occur.
