You go here for specific items so don’t expect a ‘shopping experience’. Staff don’t seem to have a lot of job satisfaction. Underwhelming but serves it’s purpose.

Small range of school shoes with personalised fitting area. Those that attend the store are there for a specific purpose so bells and whistle not necessary I guess. Pleasant service. Quickly attended. Problem free purchase.

Lovely and very kind staff - my daughter got served by kelly and she took great time to make sure we had everything we needed to start her high school experience! Will be coming back here whenever we need any supplies!

Daughter needed new uniform for school. Had a booking, went in staff friendly and knowledgeable on the items she needed.

Always dread going for the busyness but always leave completely happy at how super quick and efficiently we are served and out the door! Not many places I can think of with customer service quite this remarkable!

Excellent customer service. A staff member gives you one on one attention as your child is fitted correctly for their uniform. The staff are not pushy with advising you on quantity of shirts, shorts etc. The quality of uniform products appears very durable and made to last. The shop setup and layout works very well. I have a feeling this business has been around for a long time. Congratulations! A+

Took my grand daughter to be fitted out for Prep next year. The assistant took one look at her and brought samples of everything she would need, advised us on how many of each to get and did it all with unobtrusive proficiency. Found parking on the street opposite. We were there for only about half an hour!

For a school uniform shop whose sole purpose is to stock a full range of standard sizes of uniforms, they fail miserably! This is the second time this year I've needed to wait 2 weeks: 1.for a size 17 blazer at the beginning of the year (an average size for Year 9) and 2.size 12 track pants (in the middle of the year).

Had the horrible customer service experience ever from the store manager! She will not even let my kids try the uniform and wont even Service us first even we made effer to came first! Itis just not right we came far away and stright away after school to shopping, v and she try to rush us out of the store, just rudet, terrible and racist feeling!

The Canberra store needs to be properly staffed during peak periods.waiting around for 30 mins on Saturday morning to be served was pretty average - another ten mins waiting to give them my money.cant go anywhere else cos they have the monopoly on grammar uniforms.might have been good enough 50 years ago.not good enough today.
