Website is currently being upgraded and says to phone store for orders. I have left a message on the Kew store phone for a week and no one has called back. Tried to call the Kew store yesterday and the phone line is down. Also they are always out of stock even of the most common sizes (very inconvenient as then need to order it and make the trip back). Unfortunately we can’t get the school uniform anywhere else. If there was an alternative, would definitely shop there instead. Maybe it’s time we give feedback directly to the schools.

To get colours on school blazer go to Dobsons. They do not require dry cleaning.

This place is the only place my daughter's school gets it uniform from and I honestly don't like it for 2 reasons, 1.they are always out of stock and 2. The prices are way too expensive. Why is a school skirt $90!? Very inconvenient.

Excellent service! Came in to get school uniforms for my 3 boys and had somebody come straight up to me and help me every step of the way.

I went to Kew to get my daughters uniform ready and I had a WONDERFUL customer service from Ann she was very kind and helpful. I really love being served by Ann because she is just a wonderful person and provides great customer service. This was my experience at Kew and I just wanna show my gratitude and thanks to Ann.

I visited many shops in a major shopping centre trying to find someone who could help fit my son for a shirt and shoes for his valedictory evening. I found no one who was either interested enough to help, or had any knowledge or expertise. Then I tried Bob Stewart and met Omar. His calm and gentle manner combined with expert knowledge of both shoe and shirt fitting was so helpful to me and such a relief to find. We walked out very happy and satisfied customers. My son has intellectual disability and was treated so respectfully whilst being fitted expertly. The service provided by this company is excellent. I needed to hire a number of suits at short notice, and despite being told by other suit rental companies that such a request would not be possible, the team at Bob Stewart took care of it, and at a very reasonable price too. They exceeded my expectations for customer service. I highly recommend them.

An amazing small business for Kew!
Things are quite expensive, but it is to be expected with the great service and good quality of items. When I was shoe shopping there the man helping me was extremely helpful, even though there were no shoes that fitted me. Anybody looking for good service and high quality products around Kew must come here.

Happy with service. Always been someone there to assist. Do they always have everything.no, but you just order and it comes in within a few weeks. They text you it's arrived. Obviously not leaving things until the last minute would help:)

The prices are reasonable, the quality of the clothes is good (as evidenced by the strong second hand trade at Deepdene Primary) and the staff are great considering they deal with kids all day. Downstairs there is a range of general clothing. I appreciate the service and opening hours too. I bought a black dress shirt for my son on the day of school photos, the 8am opening time was great and they steamed the shirt!

Always out of stock of school items but what can you do when they're the only ones you can buy your children;s school uniform from? !

Been there several times for school uniform, and majority of the time, I come out furious as the service in my opinion, is quite horrible.

Great products and exceptional service. Having worked in retail for many years I am very impressed with this store and will continue to shop there for many years to come.
